This wrap around the edge stitch is so useful joining two pieces of fabrics together creating a visible line of stitches along the seam. Again another basic and simple hand embroidery stitch that's fab for repairs and decoration and good for applique. You can see I've used felt here but this stitch is super duper for tidying up raw fabric frayed edges...😍

This scattered group of small straight stitches are called SEED stitches in embroidery. You make short straight stitches in different directions so that the stitches don't line up and produce a speckled texture. These are often used in background fills and adding shading to designs. You can double up the stitches too which changes the density of the texture they produce and it helps you cover the fabric more quickly....🙂🪡👍🏻
