One of the worst service experiences I have had. I was shocked by the high labour charges and found discrepancies between the amount shown in the approval portal and the final invoice. There were also charges that I dispute and for which I do not recall giving approval. To make matters worse, despite paying extra for deep interior cleaning, the quality of service was disappointing.

I raised my concerns expecting clarification and accountability, but instead felt ignored. As a customer, I genuinely feel cheated by this entire experience. I have retained all invoices and supporting documents related to this matter.

Customers deserve transparency, proper communication, and respect. Unfortunately, my experience at One Auto Maheshtala did not reflect these basic expectations. ‪@MarutiSuzukiCorp‬
