📢 Channel Update (TL;DR at bottom of post) 📢

A few years back, I got to the point where, even though I love old MTV shows, skateboarding culture, old video games, and anything related to Jackass/CKY - I just wasn't passionate about making content surrounding those topics anymore. And making videos about so many different topics just doesn't seem to work unless you're a media conglomerate like IGN, or something. That was when I decided to tighten my focus, and move on to what I'm doing now (retrospectives on movies and TV shows from the 90s and 2000s).

But those old videos have really begun to hurt the channel's stats. My new stuff, no matter how well it does at first, always seems to fizzle out over time, while my old uploads continue to be recommended out. YouTube's recommendation algorithm essentially gets confused as to what kind of channel I'm running, and can't find a balance between my old stuff and my newer videos.

🔴 To fix this problem, I went ahead and unlisted a bunch of my old uploads (anything relating to MTV, Jackass, skateboarding, or video games). So they can't be found through a search, but they're still available to watch through a playlist that I've put together, which can be found here: youtube.com/playlist?list=PLM...

I'm considering moving some or all of these videos to a secondary channel in the future. Some of them were actually gutted by copyright claims, so they weren't up to my standards anymore (almost two minutes were removed from the Pimp My Ride episode due to copyright claims). So I'll fix them before they're re-uploaded. But I'll update everyone if and when I decide to do that.
