As many asked me about my macros, here are the two Seal-Twist macros that I use at lvl 70:

1. Seal of Blood startattack one (you open with this when reaching the mob in melee, must have R1 SOC activated before pressing this for insta twist). You should always pre-judge Crusader on bosses, stop attack and preset SOC R1 before proceeding with this:

2. SOC R1 inside Judgement macro to re-apply it again after judging Blood:
