Humans use less than 5% of our mind, consciously. The other 95% is unconscious. Our unconscious mind is fully programmed between 0-7 years old. Up to that point our powerful super-computer brain simply records everything that happens to us & around us, every conversation, each argument, each misunderstanding & it saves these files as our own personal map of reality. Since the programs in this part of our brain are all saved below our conscience awareness, they are sub-conscience... Think about what that actually means, this part is what controls ALL of our self destructive behavior, and we can't even see it! Most people believe that that problems we see show up in our lives come from outside of us & we have no control over changing them. With Neuro-Linguistic Programming we can easily spot all of the broken thinking patterns that are causing most of our clients problems & instantly install new patterns & beliefs that allow for immediate life altering positive changes!
