Rest is not a reward for when you finally “get it all done.”
It’s a rhythm God designed for your good and His glory.

Jesus withdrew to pray.
Elijah napped and ate before hearing from God.
Even the Proverbs 31 woman *prepared herself* for the day.

You weren’t made to run on empty.
Taking care of your body, mind, and spirit isn’t an indulgence—it’s obedience to God's word.

💛You can step away for a moment and still be a good mom.
💛 You can say no and still be a kind person.
💛 You can rest and still be a godly woman.

Your strength doesn’t come from hustle—it comes from the Lord.
Jesus says, “Come to Me… and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
Let this be your reminder:
You are not neglecting your family when you take care of yourself—you are equipping yourself to serve them better.

📖💎Biblical submission (in marriage) isn’t being quiet in a corner—it's strength under control. It’s God’s design. The world has twisted the word submission into something oppressive.
But in God's kingdom, it’s a beautiful picture of trust, humility, and honor within marriage. Many marriages are struggling because women have been told not to submit- yeah, I said it. 💬
But think about it, Jesus Himself SUBMITTED to the Father. Biblical submission doesn’t erase your voice. It aligns your heart with God’s will. It's where the peace and power are.
