How dangerous is this? 🤔 Despite the signs of weakness seen in recent days, the #QQQ remains in a long-term uptrend on the weekly chart.
Last month, its price reached a critical support point around the 200 MA (yellow line), which coincides with the support line of an ascending channel (white line). This double support point is the main turning point for tech stocks.
👉 Only if the QQQ loses this double support zone we will see an official reversal in the trend, and tech stocks will enter the bear market again. However, as long as its support points are respected, the trend will continue steadily upwards.
In this scenario, pullbacks are buying opportunities with a good risk/reward ratio. For now, let’s pay attention to its main support levels. 🔥
