Hi, I'm Paula Mooney! The name of my YouTube channel PLUNDER comes from 2 Chronicles 20, when I was doing a bit of Bible dipping and praying for a business name. Lo and behold, you've landed here, where you'll see original true-crime videos created via my MacBook Pro laptop & Final Cut Pro X video-editing software & voiced by me.
John 14:5-7 “Lord,” said Thomas, “we do not know where You are going, so how can we know the way?” Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. If you had known Me, you would know My Father as well. From now on you do know Him and have seen Him."

Cabin 8343 on the Carnival Horizon -⬇️ Link ⬇️ DOWNLOAD 145-page UN-SEALED Anna Kepner court document: Watermarked file of step-brother Timothy Hudson's 2/6/26 hearing here - www.patreon.com/posts/159396507?pr=true
UPDATE: A better timeline, not that I'm reading the document - Anna Kepner's stepbrother Timothy Hudson blocked her 13-year-old brother from entering Cabin 8343 on the Carnival Horizon
From newly unsealed court documents purchased from the court by Plunder Studios:
"As previously stated, the FBI then looked at the closed-circuit television and it revealed the movements of the victim, [Timothy Hudson], as well as the 13-year-old brother, the minor witness.
"Now, he had been spoken to by the FBI as well and he stated that he did go into the room for short periods of time during the evening after dinner, and that was corroborated by the closed-circuit television.
"He did say, though, that after he decided to come back to the room to go to sleep, when he opened the cabin door to 8343, [Timothy Hudson] put his arm out to block the room entrance from opening and did not allow the minor witness to enter and yelled, wait, don't come inside, saying that he was changing.
"The minor witnessed noticed that both the bathroom and closet doors were open and all the lights of the cabin were turned on, which he thought was odd or, excuse me, weird.
"[Timothy Hudson] then instructed the minor witness to wait outside of the cabin. CCTV captures this, where the minor witness then sits outside in the hallway, right outside the door, sitting down for a few minutes before [Timothy Hudson] opens the door and allows him to enter.
"The minor witness acknowledged that the last time he had seen the victim inside of the cabin was earlier in the evening when he had gone in for a minute to retrieve something with his friends.
"The CCTV provided the following information about the movements of [Timothy Hudson], the victim, and the minor witness.
"At approximately 7:38 p.m., the victim is seen entering cabin 8343, and this is the last time the victim is seen alive by the CCTV footage.
"At approximately 7:51 p.m., the minor witness is seen walking down the hall towards 8343 with two friends. He enters the room and quickly exits.
"At some point in that evening, at about 7:35 p.m., [Timothy Hudson] is entering the cabin. So [Timothy Hudson] enters the cabin three minutes before the victim enters the cabin, and he is not seen exiting the cabin again by CCTV until 10:13 p.m.
"Upon opening the cabin door at 10:13 p.m., [Timothy] is seen
looking left and right down the hallway, appearing to check if
there is anyone in the hallway, and then he walks outside of
cabin 8343. This is the only time in which T does that action
when exiting the cabin door.
"Between 10:23 and 10:49, [Timothy] is observed entering and
exiting the cabin approximately two more times.
"Then at 10:53 p.m., [Timothy] exits the cabin and is observed
placing the privacy sign on the cabin door and reenters the
cabin at 11:07 p.m.
"Then from 11:21 p.m. to 11:23 p.m., the minor witness is observed entering and exiting cabin 8343. This is where he tells FBI that he does not see his sister. He sees her at that initial entering that occurred at 7:51 p.m.
"After the minor witness leaves at 11:23 p.m., at approximately 11:31 p.m., [Timothy] exits the cabin and reenters at 11:44.
"Then at 12:09 a.m., in the morning now on November 7th, the minor witness is seen entering the room, is quickly observed not being let in, and then he waits outside in the hallway for a couple of minutes until he reenters the cabin.
"The CCTV also showed that [Timothy] exited the cabin a couple of times on the morning between the times of 9 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. -- excuse me, a.m., outside of the same cabin.
"During one of those, specifically -- and I'll get back to the time in between -- but 11:24 a.m., the Horizon state room attendant goes into the cabin and then she is seen quickly coming out and getting her supervisor, who also comes into the cabin, and that is when they discover the victim's body.
"At approximately 11:27 p.m., [Timothy] is seen walking by the hallway towards 8343, and as he walks by the cabin, he makes no effort to look and see what is happening inside, even though so many people are still inside the cabin with the door open. He
looks straight ahead and walks away."
Previous:
Big news in the Anna Kepner case today. Anna's stepbrother, Timothy Hudson, wiped his eyes in today's hearing. He was not placed in custody, though. Timothy was set free to live with a family member. Since he's being tried as an adult, even if he strikes a plea deal, he could spend decades in prison.
Plus, a full transcript was unsealed from the February hearing. I've purchased the 145-page document from the court.
New things learned in court hearing today: Anna Kepner's last Snapchat was at 8:14 p.m. the night of her death, and she was alone with Timothy Hudson until at least 10 p.m. that night on the Carnival Horizon cruise ship.
The newly-unsealed document states: "Now, during this voyage the victim shared a cabin with her 13-year-old half brother, the minor witness, and T, and that cabin was numbered 8343.
"The victim's father, T's mother, and two minor female sisters and stepsisters shared a separate cabin across the hall numbered 8341.
"Now, on or about November 7, 2027, after members of the ship Horizon, which is a Carnival cruise ship, went into cabin 8343 to clean it and there they found the victim wrapped in a blanket and stuffed underneath her bed, which was the bed
closest to the wall of the cabin."
A camera on the ship caught Timothy leaving the cabin and looking both ways. Nobody else went in or left the cabin until a sibling went in at 11 p.m. and didn't see Anna.
The next morning, Timothy was seen throwing a phone away.
A staff member caught it and recovered it.
This is case : 1:26-cr-20031-BB All Defendants USA v. T.H.
Date filed: 02/02/2026
Date of last filing: 05/27/2026
The Clerk of Court is hereby DIRECTED to unseal the transcript of the February 6, 2026, hearing, found at [D.E. 62] and [D.E. 72].
"On or about November 2nd, just so that the court is clear, and this will carry through, through this presentation, T, who is a 16 year old, and the victim, who is an 18-year-old female, were United States citizens residing in Titusville, and at all times relevant to my presentation and the testimony, the victim's father, Christopher, was married to T's mother Shauntel. Therefore, T and the victim were step-siblings. On or about November 2nd, the victim and her family, to include T, departed the port of Miami, in Miami, Florida, for a one-week cruise around the Caribbean. At some point they made a stop in Cozumel, Mexico."
"According to the attendants who found her, it appeared that someone had tried to hide her, again, by partially putting her underneath the bed and putting a box of life vests to cover the view of the body from the rest of the room. It also had
appeared that the bed had not been slept in.
"The Carnival cruise line officials called the FBI, who met the ship Horizon at the port of Miami upon its return November 8, 2025.
"From the dates of November 6, 2025 through November 7th when the victim's body was found, the ship was in the high seas. It had left the port of Cozumel on its way back to Miami.
"After the FBI boarded the ship on November 8th, they conducted numerous interviews of the family members, as well as looked at different things that the cruise ship had, including closed-circuit television, and it was revealed that after the
family had returned to the ship on November 6th visiting Cozumel, the family met for dinner on the Horizon.
"As previously stated, the FBI then looked at the closed-circuit television and it revealed the movements of the victim T as well as the 13-year-old brother, the minor witness. Now, he had been spoken to by the FBI as well and he stated that he did go into the room for short periods of time during the evening after dinner, and that was corroborated by the closed-circuit television. He did say, though, that after he decided to come back to the room to go to sleep, when he opened the cabin door to 8343, T put his arm out to block the room entrance from opening and did not allow the minor witness to enter and yelled, wait, don't come inside, saying that he was changing.
"The minor witnessed noticed that both the bathroom and closet doors were open and all the lights of the cabin were turned on, which he thought was odd or, excuse me, weird. T then instructed the minor witness to wait outside of the cabin. CCTV captures this, where the minor witness then sits outside in the hallway, right outside the door, sitting down for a few minutes before T opens the door and allows him
to enter."

PLUNDER True Crime
12 days before #TheCrash: Mackenzie Shirilla & Dominic Russo break-and-enter Columbia Church of God https://youtu.be/-YFES9URuT4
How silly would it be to film your own crime and post the videos to SnapChat?
That's what Mackenzie Shirilla did on July 19, 2022, only 12 days before The Crash.
But maybe Mackenzie didn't know that Snaps don't actually disappear?
According to court documents, Mackenzie posted Snapchat videos of her and Dominic Russo breaking & entering into The Columbia Church of God, an abandoned church at 11388 Root Road in Columbia Station, Ohio.
The church is also known as the Apostolic House of Glory
Based on metadata from Mackenzie’s Snapchat, the B&E appears to have occurred on July 19, 2022, between 1905 hours and 1926 hours, which is 7:05 p.m and 7:26 p.m.
The church was only a 15-minute drive from their home in Strongsville.
Perhaps they were bored on that sunny July day, which began seemingly with the duo buying "bussin" fruit, Mackenzie playing with a cat, and Dom digging through a bag of ganja that I'll need to blur for YouTube.
In the background, you can hear a man's voice telling Dominic that the Mega Millions lottery game was up to $530 million.
Meanwhile, Mackenzie asked her followers, "Do y'all have fakes? We wanna hit the club after my birthday."
Yes, in slang, "fakes" are fake IDs.
They are counterfeit or altered identification cards—like driver's licenses or state IDs—used primarily by underage individuals to buy alcohol, enter bars, or purchase age-restricted products.
Mackenzie was planning to spend her 18th birthday, which would soon arrive on August 2, 2022, doing things perhaps only 21-year-old could do legally.
Heck even Dominic wasn't 21 yet.
He would've turned 21 on September 24, 2022, if not for The Crash.
So this young couple was looking to fill the hours.
Maybe they had too much money and too much time on their hands, ticking away, like Styx used to sing.
Mackenzie had graduated high school on May 29, 2022.
What were her plans after high school?
Did she have any?
Or was she winging it, waiting for the day for Dom to put a ring on it and enter into a volatile marriage and motherhood era?
In one of her recently-released jail calls, she wrote a male admirer, saying she went to college for nutrition.
Maybe the modeling jobs weren't hitting, and her influencer career not going the way she wanted.
Was Dom the only good thing she thought she had going?
It was that rootless time after graduation, when younger people can feel aimless, confused, and directionless.
The perfect storm for bad decision-making.
Perhaps they were inspired by their April 23rd trip, 3 months earlier, to the Ripley's Believe It or Not! Odditorium in Orlando, Florida.
They took the "Bonnie & Clyde" mugshot photo opportunity, maybe thinking of the Beyonce & Jay-Z song first, instead of the real-life duo that went down in a blaze of gunfire glory together.
Did Mackenzie see images of the "Bonnie & Clyde" death car--that bullet-riddled 1934 Ford V8 that spelled the end of the road for the couple when police ambushed and ended the infamous couple?
Was the notion of couples and cars and violent deaths somehow imprinted on her psyche in April?
Only 3 months later, instead of doing something productive, Mackenzie filmed from afar as Dom took a baseball bat to the church's front door.
Inklings of a conscience emerged inside of that house of the Lord, as Mackenzie told Dom, "I feel bad breaking in, though."
They began to get a little creeped out as they explored the church, but that didn't stop them from lighting up a fat spliff.
Honestly, there's only so much smoking you can do before you get tired of it.
She even got tired of it for a second and said she was scared.
But said she'd hit it in the car.
Mackenzie takes the Lord's name in vain as she discovers the baptismal pool.
Dominic is checking out the musical equipment. "I wonder if this ish still bangs?"
It's not clear what came of this b&e.
After all, it wasn't discovered until after The Crash, when the contents of Mackenzie's SnapChat account were closely reviewed.
Dom was already gone, and Mackenzie would be staring down at charges much more serious than a b&e.
But it would show a pattern of delinquent behavior.
One report says on September 28, 2022, detectives drove to the church to confirm whether it was the one from the SnapChat videos.
Upon arrival, it became immediately apparent the church we were looking at, and the one from the recordings were one and the same.
All of the recordings from the suspected breaking and entering were captured on Shirilla’s SnapChat on July 19, 2022"
As for the photos of Dominic dated October 12, 2020, wearing Strongsville Jail attire, I still don't know what that's about.
On October 31, 2020, Mackenzie would dress up like a cop, and Dom, her prisoner.
Galatians 1:10
For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God?
Or am I striving to please men?
If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ.

Please understand, the point of this latest PLUNDER True Crime video was to show that the lead detective was told that Mackenzie Shirilla's blood from 7/31/22 was destroyed by MetroHealth Medical Center's pathology, but I was grateful that the evidence photo shows "1 vial of Mackenzie Shirilla's blood taken during 7/31/22 life flight" was apparently saved: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YBzSq...
Also, when I say the Mackenzie Shirilla case file is huge--I mean it is huge. If you haven't heard her crazy jail calls, I'm uploading a ton here on Plunder Bodycam Videos on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W45gY...
I just received more data from the case file today, and I've combined evidence I already had in at least 2 other iterations from the Strongsville PD into one gigantic file, in order to weed out duplicates.
I've already provided links to download the zip files for a lot of the videos here: www.patreon.com/posts/netflixs-crash-158343486
However, I see that many people are asking online where to read the PDF documents. Download them here: www.patreon.com/posts/158972566?pr=true
I just tried to upload the first back 250 PDFs below. I hope Patreon plays nicely and works. That way, you can begin downloading and reading the ones you want, and I'll upload the next batches of 250 each. Patreon has certain limits. Let me know if this works for you.
