My name is Rocky and I am originally from Vigan Ilocos Sur . I made this channel because I want my fellow Filipino-Americans to learn how to cook Filipino food.This channel is for everyone who wants to learn how to cook FILIPINO STYLE. I came here to the US when I was 14 years old and I did not know how to cook because my grandma from both my mom's and dad's side would always do the cooking. Coming here to America, I missed Filipino food so much that I did my best to learn and recreate my grandma's aurora and dolly's recipes.

It was after a decade later when I went back home to the Philippines that I actually perfected their recipes. My grandmas weren't able to mentor me when I was finally ready to be mentored. Luckily, my grandma Aurora and Dolly's kitchen helpers were still around . Our helper's were the ones who helped me perfect my craft. I now live in the city of Las Vegas and I hope that you can learn a thing or two from my channel!
