God reminds us to live by casting all our burdens and anxieties upon Him, who sustains us daily. Unconfessed and unforsaken sins can weigh us down like a heavy burden (Psalm 38:4). Yet when we confess and forsake them, our burdens are lifted, and peace and joy fill our hearts. Let us cast our burdens on the Lord and come under the gentle yoke of Christ's grace.

Even when His soul was in great pain, Christ accepted the will of God the Father. This verse teaches us a prayer that we should learn to pray in our lives. God's way and God's plan are the best. Through Christ's suffering and fulfilling God's will, all people had the opportunity to receive forgiveness from God. Similarly, when we fulfill God's will, even if there is suffering and pain, we should not forget that God has a joyful blessing in store for us beyond that. Let us also pray for God's goodwill to be fulfilled in our lives, as we abandon our desires.

Let's pray as David did, acknowledging our mistakes and sincerely repenting. David recognized that only God can forgive sins and create a pure heart that submits to Him. May we surrender our hearts to God, asking Him to create a pure heart empowered by the Holy Spirit to resist sin. We cannot achieve this by our strength but through God's gracious power. Let's ask our Heavenly Father to create a new spirit within us, removing our stony hearts and giving us hearts of flesh (Ezekiel 11:19).

God wants us to be grateful. These are the words Christ spoke when ten people were healed and only one returned to glorify the Lord. We often forget the God-given blessings in our lives. God's will is that we should live in gratitude every moment, thankful for the miracles He has done in our lives and His grace. Let us live in gratitude without forgetting the blessings God has bestowed upon us. As it says in Psalms 103:2, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits."

We can hear the voice of true repentance from this young son who repented after living as a prodigal son. True repentance is the confession and forsaking of sin. Thus, there is great joy in heaven over a sinner who repents. Doing what ought not to be done and not doing what ought to be done is a sin before God. We have all fallen into sin in word, deed, and thought. When the Spirit of God convicts us of our faults, we must confess our sins to God and forsake them. If we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness(1 John 1:9).
