Choosing to highlight my interactions with government comes with great fear and trepidation. I choose to do this in order to create a record and share what our system is like with the goal of fixing problems, highlighting good people and shining a light on the people that should not be paid to serve with our taxes. There is no accountability for government employees while they hold the rest of us accountable. Qualified Immunity is not a law that Congress passed & President signed. Qualified immunity was created by the Supreme Court in 1967 to prevent the PEOPLE from suing government employees & holding them personally accountable when people were harmed.
My goal is to make OUR GOVERNMENT accountable to us as WE THE PEOPLE are accountable to government.

I sued the Nevada Legislative Counsel Bureau. They made it illegal to be a lobbyist while exercising press rights and publishing information. The District Court denied their motion to dismiss, and the State of Nevada Legislative Counsel Bureau is appealing to the 9th Circuit. I was PEACEFULLY running a good business. Then one day the Nevada DMV Director Julie Butler decided I should not have questioned her in a zoom meeting. Next a cop named David Gravel came into my office and seized papers to investigate no complaints, nothing to investigate other than to retaliate. I began recording my interactions with government and Auditing Reno 911 was born with the goal of showing the corruption and making change.
I have been successful in ending drag queen story hour, getting a Library Director replaced, Assistant Library Director fired, County Manager out of a job, opened up a public park in Carson City and dropping discrimination against certain people.
I am proud to continue the journey of making change in our government to serve the people and be endorsed by Washoe County Republicans in my run to win Nevada Assembly District 40 seat to make laws to hold government employees accountable.
I will continue making videos and auditing government.
