I do a bit of bike content but my main focus here on my platform is encouraging people to live strong, disciplined, exciting lives, both physically and mentally. I’ve lost 100 lbs over the last year and a half, so I know a thing or two about discipline. I am also a new rider (I have a 25 Ninja 500). I bought it back in August 2025. Finally seeing some muscle in my legs and I’m proud. 🥹 it’s been almost a year and over 100lbs but here we are. This has been one of the best journeys that I’ve ever set out on 🖤

God has been dealing with me about a lot of things lately... For the last 8 -9 months, my emotional and mental health have been a roller coaster and I need some healing, and that's only found in Jesus Christ. I love you all...

I wanted to post this yesterday, but realized that it was April Fools Day sooooooo you get it today. First off, YES, I’m still doing #75Medium but recording, editing, scheduling and everything was taking up extra precious time, and I am logging it all on my habit tracker and as of today, I’m on day 17 🩷
💵 FINANCIAL Goal: Save money to get tree in front yard cut down.
How To Accomplish the Goal: * No unnecessary purchases, limit visiting Amazon and other shopping apps on my phone, use the Apple Screen Time Management to limit looking at the app. * No coffee or 7Brew out - make it at home * No eating out at work, focus on meal prepping * Create a grocery list so I’m not over-buying at the store * Shop and eat the pantry, aka food that we already have in house
🙏🏻 SPIRITUAL Goal: Spend time in daily prayer and study in order to find comfort and peace in this season.
How To Accomplish the Goal: * Schedule 10 minutes daily to study a section of scripture or a topic in the Bible, preferably as soon as I get done with dinner. * Before climbing into bed, spend time praying and being grateful for what God has done and will do.
🌱 HEALTH Goal: 🏋🏻♀️ Physical: Get into the 210s by the end of the month. (Lose 10lbs)
How To Accomplish the Goal: * Be in a calorie deficit by sticking to meal prep * Move body daily by going to the gym and getting sunshine * Get better sleep, shoot for 6-8 hours a night
🧠 Mental: Declutter 2 rooms in the house (less physical clutter = less mental clutter and less to clean up daily)
How To Accomplish the Goal: * Go through the house and decide what rooms hold the most unnecessary clutter and what rooms will help keep the house clean overall. * Once those rooms are decided, schedule them on two different Saturday’s so that I do not get overwhelmed. * Once each one is completed, reward yourself with a chai latte after each room is completed.
☑️ Extra Tips: Break down HOW you can accomplish your goal and pair it with other things that you automatically do already. Write down or put your tasks in a planner. You have a 42% more chance of succeeding if you do.
Hello! Sorry I didn’t post last week! I will be posting this week! My husbands twin brother got married this weekend so we have been wedding focused this past week/weekend!
Help me congratulate Andrew and Audrey! So thankful for Andrew and Audrey and what they will be doing for the Kingdom together!
As for you guys, I hope your weekend was great, I hope your week is going well and I will see you all in a video this weekend! I love you all so much and I am thankful for each and every one of you! ❤️
💧 water weight can be very encouraging especially when you’re first starting out. ‼️ Don’t let the drastic loss one week make you feel discouraged or disappointed if you only lose 1 pound next week. I’m excited to end this week with the 5 lb loss and it gives me hopes of being down into the 220s before next week. Last week the goals were to ⏰ wake up at 4:00 am - 🏃🏻♀️➡️do a 30 minute walk everyday - 👣get 10,000 steps everyday, which I did all of it everyday but the waking up at 4:00am because I went to bed too late a few nights. So with that, this week’s focuses will be of course in addition to the 10,000 steps and the 30 minute walk:
⏰ wake up at 4:00am everyday 📖 Read through the book of Matthew by the end of the week 📕 Read ten minutes of a self-development book a day
