A percentage of the channel's ad proceeds is donated monthly to support Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, New Pathways for Children (Melber KY), Healing Appalachia, St. Jude Hospital & Camp Ascca.

The channel name comes from the belief that words are important lyrically, and that there are better ways to say the better things. The best gut punches come from a well placed metaphor, a turn from left field by a great wordsmith, & often not an autotune or punctuation mark.

Go to the artists' website, support them, what you buy from them directly gets them gas to the next show or festival & puts food in their mouths. See them, buy the album, hats are good too, or a koozie. Find the small show each time you can.

Raw unfiltered videos of musical performances from across the trips & travels of a music lover. Don't claim to have made the music but do claim to have been there when it was.

Exclamation Points Are Overused

We want to thank y'all for a great 2025. While we are small potatoes in the online world, we were able to donate a total of $573.84 as a percentage of the YouTube revenue from this year to the following organizations:
-Healing Appalachia
-New Pathways for Children
-Camp Ascca
-The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels
-The Muhlenberg Music Mission

As always, support local artists and live music when you can. Looking forward to 2026.
