The women came to anoint Jesus’ body, not expecting what was to come. When they see that Jesus’ body was missing from the tomb and the stone was rolled away, they were terrified. Angels appear and remind them of Jesus’ prophecies in Galilee regarding His death and resurrection. Christ has conquered death and has brought us a new, eternal, and living hope! ✝️🫶
