We are breaking down the sci fi comedy "classic" Howard the Duck this Friday! What are your thoughts on this movie? Did you watch this movie as a kid and if so, do you have fond memories of it today? I can imagine that if I was allowed to watch this when I was younger then the nostalgia glasses would help see me through, but watching it for the first time as an adult...gah.

This week I decided to release two break down videos and of course time got away from me. I can barely do one video...what the fuck was I thinking with two? But, I am determined to get these videos out this weekend. They have to be released no later than Monday otherwise they will be irrelevant as all hell. So Monday is the National Championship game between Notre Dame and Ohio State so you can probably guess one of the movies I'm going to break down. The other movie I found by accident and it is the dumbest and most amazing movie I have ever seen. I am trying to get today's video up but YouTube is being YouTube. I don't really know how they can say it's "Partially Blocked". 90% of my usual audience will be unable to watch it. I would call that "Damn Near Completely Blocked". Every week I just want to burn YouTube to the ground. Taking ad revenue is fine but at least let me show these videos to people. But YouTube probably wants to prevent me from revealing any spoilers from this 90 year old movie.

DISTRACTED NERD CHANNEL UPDATE
First off, the good news is that I have not abandoned this channel. About a month ago I got really sick and tried to power through and get as many videos out as I could. Then I got better and I went on vacation for ten days, so videos were limited with the intention of coming back recharged and ready to go. And then I got sick again on the last day of vacation. The Dr ruled out Covid, pneumonia and the flu but never really pinpointed exactly what it was. I’m on antibiotics and I’m hoping they can knock this out so I can get back to the channel. It especially sucks because tomorrow is Friday the 13th and I was gonna do Jason X, even though by this point in the franchise they weren’t allowed to say Friday the 13th anymore, but still.
So I am still here and I will get back to it as soon as I can. Thanks for sticking with this channel for this long and 2023 can only get better. LIke, it literally can’t get any worse
