Save your wrists!
Pickleball Rx Prescription:
• Warm up wrists and forearms for 2 minutes before play.
• Use a paddle with good vibration control (your joints will thank you).
• Resist the urge to flick every ball like you’re in an action movie.
• Play slow, dink smart, stretch daily.
