One of my objectives for this year was to produce more content. I thought one of the best ways of doing that was to create a separate channel for my DevOps-focused content. In hindsight, that was a mistake, so I've started merging the channels today. All .NET, DevOps & Architecture content will now be on this channel, meaning more content for you with the first videos available in the morning (:
If DevOps is your jam, too, subscribe to the Observed! Newsletter now and stay up-to-date with the latest tips and tricks across AWS, DevOps and Architecture: news.codewithstu.tv/

One of my predictions for 2023 is that software bill of materials is going to be a big thing. There are already tools for #dotnet and most other languages appearing on the scene. It will be critical for trust in OSS projects going forward

- Ensure the same APIs for all runtime implementations

Have you read the DORA report yet?

Here's something you didn't know you could do in #dotnet - you can enforce that a project has a dependency on a specific package. It could be helpful for OSS and for checking to see if particular analyzers are installed in the project.

Architectures can quickly get complicated. Here are three tricks you can use to simplify:
1. Redesign boundaries/services to reduce unnecessary comms
2. Make extensive use of ADRs: buff.ly/2OYAVZe
3. Challenge product requirements (a common source of complexity)
