Hey, Marlbs here! I am a Xbox focused content creator for all generations of Xbox! If you follow my main channel @marlbsmann you can find all of my regular videos. MarlbsPlays is made up of game play that I capture while I am playing games. No Commentary just real game play, not some game play that has been sanitized or only the good stuff. This channel is game play of real word gaming sessions and often times this is the same video I draw from to create video for my main channel. 1047 Games just dropped a Game Preview for EMPULSE, and I am completely hooked! As you can tell by all the clips hitting the channel, I can't put this down. It’s a dedicated "movement shooter" built on the mechanics of Splitgate, delivering a high-speed FPS experience that finally scratches that Titanfall 2 itch.
It isn’t Titanfall 3, but it blends elements from classic shooters into something incredibly fun. Keep in mind, it's still an early preview with a high skill ceiling.
Some elements and menus definitely feel directly lifted from Splitgate right now, but I’d much rather the devs focus on gameplay tweaks than UI design anyway!
For $15, it needs more content, but the core is pretty fantastic. If you love high-mobility shooters, this one is absolutely worth a look!
Look for continued EMPULSE gameplay as I continue to explore this title as it starts its march towards release!

I have really been enjoying MotoGP 26 in case those of you following along might have noticed. I have finished the review of the game on the @marlbsmann channel if you want to take a look and give it a thumbs up.
I am pretty much finished with MotoGP 26 footage for now and I will be moving back to other titles like Forza Horizon 6 which I still have not even really started to explore yet.
In addition, there a few other games in the pipeline like the updated release of Formula Legends Legacy Edition and Truxton Extreme which arrives at the end of July. Nickelodeon Extreme Tennis: Next! -- given how good the Looney Tunes sports was, I am interested to see if the Tennis is any good.

Invincible VS on XBOX Series X
I’ve been putting a lot of time into Invincible VS, and it has been a lot of fun. Having played Killer Instinct since it launched on Xbox One, the influence on this game is clear.
The first four videos in the Invincible VS series contains the entire story playthrough on Easy mode. I have also created a playlist just for Invincible VS videos.
If you enjoy tag-team battlers, this is a title you should check out. Expect more from this one in the future!

New Footage Up & OG XBOX Footage!!
Both MotoGP 26 and Invincible VS have some what I would call "initial exploration" footage up. Still too early to say much yet other than both games have some very impressive graphics in parts of both games.
The views on the SNK Playmore OG XBOX Footage has been better than expected, which has me thinking about some other OG XBOX games that are classics. I do think it would be fun to revisit some of those games as well.
Look for more footage of MotoGP 26 and Invincible VS in the coming days ahead as I work towards completing a full review of MotoGP 26.

SNK Playmore On OG XBOX -
With all of the talk about the NEOGEO AES+, I thought it would be fun to revisit all of the NEOGEO titles that SNK brought to the OG XBOX.
The original XBOX was one of the platforms that recevied a wave of NEOGEO ports including: King Of Fighters 2002/2003/Neowave/Maniax/94 Rebout, Metal Slug 3/4/5, Samurai Showdow V, and SNK vs Capsom SVC Chaos.
Over the next several days, I will be dropping captures from each of these games. The captures are 16x9 Widescreen, but the games are limited to 4x3 with a max resolution of 480p at 60fps. These are captured from Original XBOX hardware using the KAICO HDMI Adapter for XBOX into the Elgato 4K X.

Franchise Collection Playlists!!
I’ve seen it suggested that we should have playlists for entire Xbox franchises. Imagine being able to binge-watch every title in a series to see exactly how the games have evolved over the years. It would be the perfect way to investigate a franchise's history on Xbox.
Yet another new way to enjoy the gameplay on the marlbsplays channel!!

Ride 6 is here! I am starting to take a look at Ride 6 and the handling is a bit different than SX25 and MotoGP 25, but look for some additional footage as I explore the game for an upcoming review on the @marlbsmann channel soon.
Still getting the hang of the handling, but so far I am seeing some good things with Ride 6!

Over the weekend I was able to capture a variety of LEGO gameplay from several games on XBOX Series X.
This started with Batman 3 and Marvel today, with Star Wars and The Incredibles coming as well.
Since there are so many LEGO games for Xbox One/Series, if this proves popular I will create more videos from other LEGO titles.
This is not intended to be a walk through but more of an exploration and trying to just play more of these titles. Like many, I do like the LEGO titles but in many cases they have ended up on the backlog or the never to return list because of the new to play other games.
With the new LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight coming in May that looks so amazing, I felt like exploring some of these other XBOX LEGO titles would be fun!

I captured my first few games of Splitgate Arena Reloaded's new Arena Royale mode and I have uploaded it for you to take a peek.
My initial impressions are positive and actually I am a bit surprised as this was not the sort of experience in shooters that I normally like. Need to get the hang of it a bit more and explore the maps some, but this is different and worth a look if you like these sorts of "Battle Royal" experiences.
