I wanted to end the last Friday of Mental Health Awareness month with some hope. For anyone who has struggled to maintain their positive expectations that GOOD things can happen for them.

When you have the right habits in place, when you are in a posture of gratitude, when you keep people of big faith around you for fuel on the journey- you can celebrate and thank God in advance because everything you are working towards, is already DONE.
