This Saturday’s Operation Wisedome is going behind the pleadings and directly into the machinery of my federal civil-rights litigation.

I will explain what has occurred, what remains unresolved, where the defendants may be vulnerable, and how seemingly technical procedural violations can materially alter the posture of federal litigation.

This will not be a surface-level discussion. I intend to walk everyone through the substance, strategy, setbacks, pressure points, and hard-earned lessons developed through litigating against governmental actors in federal court.

The details are exceptionally revealing.

Family, tomorrow is the day.

At 10:00 AM Pacific Time on June 15, 2026, I will be deposing Sergeant Christopher Hovinghoff — the supervising Washington State Patrol officer who stood on that roadside on March 5, 2025, admitted on his own body camera that his trooper never saw me drive, admitted there was no crime, and still had me booked into a jail cell.

Tomorrow he sits under oath and answers every single question.
I have spent months preparing for this moment. I have the transcript. I have the law. I have 220 questions ready to go. The State of Washington's own Attorney General negotiated a protective order with me — a pro se litigant — that a federal judge signed, confirming my right to publish every word of this testimony. They know what is coming.

But before I walk into that room tomorrow morning, I am asking this community for one thing:

Send me your energy. Send me your prayers. Send me your good wishes.
