It was standing room only in the church and an honor to stand among the masses to pay respect to a veteran who passed away earlier this month with no known family at his side. An entire community showed up and showed out to pay respect and send him off the proper way. Wouldn’t it be amazing if all veterans could receive this send off. You could feel that everyone was one which is rare. Rest in peace John Bernard Arnold III 🫡🇺🇸

Happy Friday to you. Some recent out and about photos and hey… whats that map? I’m plotting out my cross country back road, solo trip to Nevada in a few months and I believe the circled route is my choice of travel. Of course I will camp in the desert and bring you all along with me. Gas prices have to come down by then in order for this happen, i’ll keep you posted as we get closer to when I head out.

This Sunday we’re checking out some Onewind gear, next Sunday we’re camping in a ginormous shelter (not the cabin tent) and we’ll see if I can set this up myself.

Good morning & a happy Tuesday to you. A couple of fuzzy faces, I think Libby has staked her claim on my Onewind blanket. Speaking of Onewind, we’re pregaming a hammock camp this Sunday and checking out some gear so I hope you can join me for that.

Okay, obviously not a real photo… stock image from google but I just finished editing my latest campout for tomorrow’s upload and I think I captured something weird in the sky. I have comparison to a plane flying over so maybe you can give me your thoughts. It didn’t make a sound like a plane then it disappeared.

Ponyhenge at Sunset is Golden 👌🏻 Love this spot for a few smiles and to check on the herd. We’re camping Sunday, I just wanted to share some whimsy on a Wednesday.

Ponyhenge also known as the rocking horse graveyard. The exact beginning is unknown, but a popular story involves a failed lemonade stand where children left their toys, they came alive and they were later joined by others. It's a collection of weathered, plastic, vintage and wooden rocking horses often arranged in formations, sometimes with decorations like lights for Christmas. The identity of the people who add and arrange the horses remains anonymous, adding to the attraction's charm. It's situated on private land along Old Sudbury Road, and visitors are asked to be respectful. It's considered a unique cultural landmark and a popular, quirky stop for tourists and locals alike, often compared to an eerie “rocking horse graveyard".

Join me TOMORROW (Wednesday) for a midweek adventure review on some “Slip In” trail walkers/runners/sneakers. 7.5 ounces per shoe. Ultralight, comfortable & comes in a range of colors. I really put these shoes to the test.

Join me SUNDAY for a camp out in a tent, sight unseen. We camp out in a new tent that is still sealed in its plastic. Does it have everything in the bag? Will it pass the rain showers or leak? Anything could happen.
