Rashan Balasooriya is a rising music producer, singer, and Songwriter from Sri Lanka born in 2000. Rashan has rapidly carved out a unique space in the modern local music scene by blending Electronic Dance Music (EDM) with the rich, cultural sounds of traditional Sri Lankan music.

Drawing inspiration from international heavyweights like KSHMR and ILLENIUM, as well as local pioneers like Yuki Navaratne and Charitha Attalage. Rashan’s sound is defined by elusive, captivating melodies and innovative production.

While he started his journey purely as an EDM producer and now majorly focuses on releasing pop music with his own unique identity, he still honors his roots by releasing EDM under his alias, F3NICK.
