We have to be reminded in a time where people rely on technology and our own wisdom and knowledge that nothing will triumph the speaking and leading of the Holy Spirit.
See the Holy Spirit reveals what is unseen and speaks only what God says.
Today, as I kept being prompted by the Holy Spirit on a situation, that my natural senses couldn’t comprehend and my technology failed to warn me, that is designed to warn me but the Holy Spirit didn’t fail me.
Allowing me to get ahead of the issue; saved from what could have been costly and endangering.
Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and lean not on our own understanding daily.
For many God is trying to give you the desire of your heart but it may be packaged differently than what we expect. Don’t allow that to make you miss getting the content.
When we receive a gift our purpose is to get to the content, not the packaging of the gift.
Let’s look at a Biblical example of what I am saying above.
Naaman was a man with leprosy. He desired to be healed of leprosy, although he received the healing he almost missed it due to “thinking” it should have come a different way. In other words being packaged differently. ( 2 Kings 10-11, 14)
How many of us have missed opportunities due to thinking it should have been packaged differently when all along God had sent the answer to our prayers.
This week and in the future pray that the Lord will give you the Spirit of wisdom and discernment to ensure that you receive the content of whatever gift God has promised you and not miss it by thinking it should be packaged or come a different way.
