Thank you all so much for 1,000 subscribers! Every like, every view, and every comment means so much to me. I see them all, and they inspire me to keep creating. I can't wait to keep spotlighting such talented creatives, so keep an eye out for what's to come, and thank you again from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ - James

So I've been thinking about secondary video ideas for underexposed for a while but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions / preferences.
e.g. camera/gear opinion pieces, photo tutorials, challenges, longer podcast-style interviews etc...
I'd still like the main focus of underexposed to be spotlighting other people, but would love to hear your thoughts.
Thank you for your time. ❤️

I'm not really one to post about myself that much, so I'll keep this relatively short. I'm James, that weird, awkward guy who keeps starting new dumb little projects.
It's taken me all day to write this brief little spiel, but basically, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has followed, subscribed to, liked, or even just watched a single second of Underexposed this year.
Those closest to me know how many projects I've started and given up on over the years. So, finally having something that has reignited my passion to create again is truly wonderful.
It's been a long journey since I began uploading clueless camera reviews on Authentic Aesthetic back in 2017 before I lost the passion by chasing views, following trends, and relentlessly trying to monetise it. It's an awful trap that so many creatives fall into.
This is why with Underexposed, I've been taking my time. I'm not aiming to get billions of likes/followers or become the next YouTube LUT-selling sensation. I'm simply trying to build a community, celebrate inspiring photographers, and honestly, push myself out of my comfort zone, which has long been dominated by social anxiety.
When I started my first YouTube channel, I was getting about 50 views max for each video for a good few years, so I am absolutely blown away by the support Underexposed has received already.
I have notifications on for every time it gets a new follow, new subscriber, or a new like. I see them all, waking up each morning with just one new subscriber makes me smile in the stupidest way, so yeah, from the bottom of my heart, I just wanted to say thank you. ❤️ I can't wait to keep creating.
