Hi! My name is Sophie, I am French by father and Italian by mother, I lived for 40 years in Luxembourg where I worked as HR Senior Manager for 27 years. I have been declared “invalid” since 2022 and am therefore now full-time at home. I have been struggling with mental health my whole life and have now been diagnosed with Autism & ADHD on top of my physical disabilities (I bip at airport) . Junk Journal came to me by surprise in 2023 and has helped me a lot on a number of levels… I also crochet a lot and sometimes do grab my watercolours… I do not aim at making proper tutorials but hope you will enjoy following me on my crafty journey!
