I'll go first. ‪@TheLeftistCooks‬ recently recommended ‪@pagemelt‬ and their video essay "be your own algorithm".
It was really fantastic, and turns out to be more of a book review too. 100% would recommend.

Also I found a channel called ‪@yellowcherry_jam‬ that make non-AI lo-fi music. (the above video essay inspired me to look for ethical, non- AI lo-fi, and turns out it just fully exists. I just had to find it). Can't recommend enough!
