Despite working on it for months, I managed to make such a colossal factual error in my latest video, that I wasn't comfortable correcting it with a pinned comment or even a followup "addendum" vid. So I've uploaded a whole new replacement version.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I don't want to leave the original up because it's just plain misinformation (and evidence that I am a big dummy, which must be concealed at all costs).

I'm sad to lose over 3k fun and encouraging comments, especially from other creators I admire, not to mention the hit in views a reupload probably takes (the original had just crossed 500k!). But... :shrug:

My friend Robert (Blender Bob) is making a fun animated feature film to raise money for the Blender Foundation. Lots of talented artists are contributing their time and talent. But obviously there are expenses involved in producing a movie, so he made a kickstarter. I wanted to encourage you to check it out.

Why do I care? Well, the movie involves performance capture. And the body whose performance will be captured is... my body. I will finally be able to wear tights covered in sexy tracking markers for an actual professional reason. More importantly, I will finally be able to show Andy Serkis that I AM BETTER THAN HIM.

But only if the kickstarter reaches its funding goal. Otherwise there's no funding at all. So please take a look and consider backing it. I would deeply appreciate it!
