What stands out to me about Terence is his strong sense of purpose and drive. After retiring from the USAF, he started a mortgage brokerage and now runs Asphalt-Materials Transport and AMT Hauling Network Brokerage in the trucking industry. He saw that long-term, steady work could come from government contracts and took action.

He has already hit big milestones, including being considered for the Brent Spence Bridge Project. He also values the people around him and credits support from Kevin Jennings and his Local Chamber of Commerce.

Terence believes your “why” is key to success. He also shares that you do not need to know everything, but you must be willing to ask for help and fix your weak spots so you are ready to perform.

What stands out to me about Jamil is the discipline he built behind the scenes. He created a dedicated time every single day, even on weekends, to research opportunities and contact vendors, and he told the people closest to him what he was working on so he could hold himself accountable. He has a clear vision of where he wants to be in the next 5 to 10 years and he is not afraid to bet on himself. He focused on learning as much as he could, investing in mentorship once he understood the space, and now he is stacking small wins to build real credibility and past performance.
