My name is Winthrope Wellington. I was born and raised in NY but am currently based in Negril Jamaica. I joined my family hotel business, Travellers Beach Resort, after graduating college many moons ago.

I have a pretty exciting opportunity to share in today’s video.
The Oasis Resort is a property that was truly ahead of its time. Located on the West End of Negril, Jamaica, it operated as an innovative small hotel during the pre-COVID era. The owner made significant investments in the property that put it ahead of many hotels in Negril.
Unfortunately, due to COVID and the passing of the owner, the hotel was forced to shut down and has been largely abandoned for the past six years.
In this video, Maura Watson and I present an opportunity to be part of the next chapter for this property through a hotel-condo conversion, The Oasis Renewed. The developers believe strongly in Negril and in the potential of this property, and they are committed to bringing it back to life.
We are looking for people with vision who want to be part of that transformation. The property may not look like much right now, but the potential is significant. The development team is strong, the plan is solid, and the location is excellent.
I believe in the vision enough that I’ve decided to purchase a unit myself.

Tiffany chose Jamaica intentionally but in many ways it seems like Jamaica chose Tiffany.

Sorry no livestream today. I was shooting content all day today in Treasure Beach and left a lot later than expected. It was the ONLY day all weekend that we had decent weather to shoot so I had to take the opportunity. We're going live tomorrow evening instead and we get to talk finance and economics!
