True or true?
You have been told to do pelvic tilt, bridges, deadbug, heels slide, but if these exercises are enough, why do you still look pregnant?
If you are on my page, you probably realize that there is a lot more to it to heal your DR and flatten the stomach.
It's not about what you do, it's how you do it and what makes this exercise "enough" for you to make progress.

She might not know if she has a tight or loose pelvic floor.
She likely won't know what her ribs angle are.
She might not know if she has a hernia.
Etc
These are the items we discover and cover in my 1 on 1 Tummy Warrior Program.
You have to realize that every postpartum is unique and even if this is your same body. Your first postpartum is likely quite different from your third postpartum.
Hence you cannot use the same approach every time and neither should you waste time on generic workouts because you will likely end up getting very frustrated with slow and little results.
Taking into all considerations from the list, you can then be confident with a program that deliver.
It is not about "give me the best exercises to start postpartum", they don't even know how your situation is like..

I went from severe diastasis recti to full functional healing.
But no, I don’t have a flat, tight stomach.
