I've had a lifetime of trying to lose weight. I come from a very big family, four sisters and one brother, and my husband is one of ten! So if I don't know the answer I will probably know someone who does!

Have you seen the update on M & S Sparks Card? It's now a points based reward card, with offers on how much you spend, so for example I've got Spend £45 on Women's skirts get £9 in points.
I think I prefer the old system, but I guess we'll have to wait and see how it pans out.

Good Morning, I just wanted to say that there is still quite a lot of good stuff in the M and S Sale, you have to trawl through and filter on size etc. But it's worth a look if you have some time to do it.
