Hey guys, this is a quick announcement I need to make. Unfortunately, I can't attend today's game against Cliftonville at The Oval as I am not feeling great. I hope to be back to normal for the next match against league leaders, Larne and I hope we get the three points today so that we can boost our confidence for next Friday night.

The Glens played Ards in the first round of the County Antrim Shield, and we began our shield defence with a 3-1 victory at The Oval, with Hoban grabbing his first two goals in a Glentoran shirt with Jenkins also on the score sheet.
This means we are in the quarters, and we take a step further to possibly win the competition two years in a row.
