I've been trying to be more intentional about taking care of my skin lately, especially after losing 110 pounds.

I haven't tried these exact products yet, but I love both of these brands, and they're all on Prime Day sale today, so I figured it was the perfect time to stock up. I'll report back once I've used them for a while!

One little habit I've been adding lately...

Instead of rushing through my skincare or body care routine, I slow down for a minute. As I'm applying lotion or body oil, I take a few deep breaths and quietly thank my body.

"Thank you, legs, for carrying me through workouts.
Thank you, arms, for holding my babies.
Thank you, belly, for everything you've been through.
Thank you, body, for continuing to show up for me every single day."

It might sound a little silly, but after years of criticizing my body, it feels really good to practice gratitude and kindness instead. If anyone tries this, let me know how you feel after, I notice a sense of calm all over my body when I take a few simple minutes to do this.

Good Morning! I've been up early drinking my protein iced coffee in bed going through all the Prime Day deals and I am pleasantly surprised!! The majority of the staples that I've used the past 16 months are included! I only wish I. had gotten them on Prime day instead of full price! 😂

I've been quietly working on something behind the scenes for the past few months and I am SO excited to finally share it with you!

One of the biggest things I've learned during my own transformation is that information isn't usually the problem.

Most women already know they should eat more protein.
Move their body.
Drink more water.
Get enough sleep.

The hard part is continuing to show up when life gets busy.

When motivation disappears.

When summer schedules change.

When progress slows.

When you feel like starting over.

That's why I've been building a community centered around accountability, coaching, support, and real-life transformation.
