Stockfish and Leela Chess Zero are getting stronger and stronger

The default neural network of Stockfish was updated with big improvements specially in Fischer Random Chess (+30 elo) and Double Fischer Random Chess (+55 elo) and in regular chess too, of course.

Leela's team has been working on implementing a new search algorithm called Monte Carlo Graph Search, a big step compared to the usual Monte Carlo Tree Search. It is still in development and it has some issues with 3-fold repetitions during games but it is still a +30 elo improvement in preliminary testing.

It will be interesting to see the fight between these two giants in the future.
