आज गाजियाबाद विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा तुलसी निकेतन योजना के रि-डेवलपमेंट को लेकर मकान खाली करने को लेकर नोटिस चश्पा करने के विरोध में RWA पदाधिकारी एवं कॉलोनी वासी क्षेत्रीय विधायक एवं कैबिनेट मंत्री माननीय श्री सुनील कुमार शर्मा जी से जनसंपर्क कार्यालय पर जीडीए अधिकारियों के कार्रवाई के विरोध में ज्ञापन दिया। माननीय मंत्री जी ने मौके पर ही अधिकारियों से बात की तथा कॉलोनी वासियों को आश्वासन दिया कि किसी भी गरीब आदमी को बेघर नहीं किया जाएगा मैं आप सभी कॉलोनी वासियों के साथ हूं।

Tulsi Niketan RWA's executive meeting concluded against GDA*
Today, the executive meeting of Tulsi Niketan Welfare Association was held in Tulsi Niketan Kris Garden under the chairmanship of RWA President Kuldeep Kasana. A large number of RWA executive members were present in the meeting. In the meeting, General Secretary Balwant Rawat expressed anger at the officials of Ghaziabad Development Authority for ignoring the irregularities in the survey being conducted by the three departments, Municipal Corporation, DUDA and GDA for the development work in the colony and the plan of reconstruction of the authority, and demanded that the following works be done by GDA with immediate effect:

1-A generator should be installed immediately for drainage of water on 40 HP pumps

2-Silt of main drains and internal drains should be cleaned immediately

3-The survey being conducted for reconstruction should be of the house owner only and not of any tenant. The information of the building owner should be recorded in the survey form, his Aadhaar and mobile number should be written. So that the data of the existing building owner can be recorded in GDA, so that the building owner does not face any problem after the construction of the new building.

4-No building will be vacated first. GDA should first build a new tower in the empty plot towards Bhopura and then gradually transfer it and demolish it further. The number of new buildings should be the same as the old one so that no resident faces any problem in their ID and other documents.

All the officers and members shared their suggestions and ideas and a collective decision was taken that if GDA and the builder try to make the people of Tulsi Niketan homeless by force or arbitrarily, then RWA will surround the DA headquarters along with the colony residents and will take their problem to the state government by protesting. Mainly Mahadev Kaushik, Mushtaq Ali, Rajendra Kumar, Rakesh Sharma, Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Dudhnath Yadav, Shatrughan, Rajesh Chaddha, Ram Chadda, Sanjay Agarwal, Rakesh Goyal, Pawan Babbar, Rahul Kishan Singh, Kishan Rawat, Kanchi Singh, Shabbir Ahmed, Sudhir Joshi, Rohit Joshi, Nitin Dr. Joshi, Subhash Chandra, Lakshmi Chand Gautam, Ramsevak Agarwal, Pandey Ji, Baba Ramdas, Anil Singh, Rambabu Munavvar, Shahid, Sanjeev Kumar and all the officers and a large number of members were present in the meeting.
