// $50,000 on meds gone in 40 days //
Our client Debra had rheumatoid arthritis for 25 years.
She was spending $4,000 every single month on medication just to function.
Her results after working with us:
โ Confidence restored
โ Feet no longer hurt
โ Prednisone reduced from 10mg to 1mg
โ Motivation back
โ No more brain fog
โ No more dry eyes
โ No more dry mouth
โ No more fatigue
โ No longer needed $4,000/month in medication
Her exact words about our program (in a video testimonial):
"Best money I spent. You should charge more. But I am grateful you are not."
When a client who spent $4,000/month for 25 years โ nearly $1.2 million over her lifetime โ tells you that you're undercharging, that means something.
We are peer-reviewed, published immunology scientists with 16 years of research in cellular repair โ published in JAMA Surgery, Cancer Letters, and the Journal of Surgical Research.
We don't manage inflammation. We repair the cellular environment that creates it.
Results in 30โ60 days. No supplements. No protocols. No ongoing dependency.

In 2021, I had a conversation with a 45-year-old woman that I still think about.
Her sister had been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
For decades she did what most people do when theyโre desperate to get their life back.
She went from one expert to another.
Naturopathic doctors.
Functional medicine doctors.
Nutritionists.
Every stop came with a new list.
More supplements.
More restrictions.
More protocols.
Over time she developed severe food sensitivities from everything she had been told to take.
And the arthritis kept progressing.
Eventually, she became bedridden.
Now the woman I was talking to had become her sisterโs full-time caregiver.
But something else happens when people suffer for a long time.
Pain doesnโt just stay physical.
It becomes emotional.
After decades of frustration, disappointment, and feeling like nothing worksโฆ people start carrying anger.
And eventually that anger spills onto the very people trying to help them.
Because a lot of people believe something that simply isnโt true.
They believe holding onto anger somehow punishes the person who hurt them.
It doesnโt.
It never has.
Anger doesnโt imprison the other person.
It imprisons you.
You carry it in your body.
You carry it in your thoughts.
You carry it into every new relationship.
Thatโs why forgiveness matters so much.
Forgiveness is not about pretending something didnโt happen.
Itโs about refusing to let that moment control the rest of your life.
===================
I often say this:
Forgiveness is the oxygen you breathe in the Kingdom of God. Oxygen is not optional.
We live in the Kingdom of God whether we realize it or not. The Kingdom of God is the rule and reign of God over the universeโit is the active reality of His presence everywhere.
You are in it whether you believe it or not, and whether you are aware of it or not.
If you are not breathing oxygen, you are dead.
It is not optional.
In the same way, forgiveness is the oxygen of the Kingdom of God.
Without it, we become spiritually dead.
Unforgiveness is one of the greatest barriers that prevents us from living fully alive and free in our true identity.
So today, if there is someone, youโre still holding anger toward, pray the prayer in the comments below (and share/like this with someone if you want me to write more prayers).

Recently, my sister and I were interviewed by a magazine about risk, entrepreneurship, and the psychology behind investing in yourself.
Interestingly, the biggest risk I ever took didnโt look dramatic from the outside.
I didnโt quit my job.
I didnโt move across the world.
I hired my first business coach.
At the time, it was the largest investment I had ever made in myselfโand there were zero guarantees it would work.
But what I realized later is that the real risk wasnโt the money.
It was potential.
Because once you start investing in yourself and things begin to workโฆ you canโt go back to playing small.
In the article, I share the story behind that decision, how growing up in #Ukraine shaped my mindset about resilience, and why most people stay stuck waiting for certainty that never comes.
If youโve ever found yourself stuck between what feels comfortable and what could actually change your life, this will probably resonate with you.
Iโll leave the full story here if you want to read it โ here: canvasrebel.com/meet-viktoriya-gruzydn/

// Published Immunology Scientists ยท JAMA Surgery ยท 16 Years Immunology & Cellular Repair Research ยท 500+ healed in 40-day results //
Most people trying to reverse autoimmune disease are failing โ not because they lack willpower, but because they're following advice designed to manage symptoms, not eliminate the root cause.
We are Viktoriya and Oksana Gruzdyn โ peer-reviewed, published immunology scientists with research featured in JAMA Surgery, Cancer Letters, and the Journal of Surgical Research.
For 16 years, we studied exactly how inflammation is created and sustained at the cellular level โ not in theory, but in published science.
What we discovered changed everything:
The immune system doesn't malfunction randomly. It responds to precise inputs. And when you change those inputs at the cellular level โ without supplements, without medications, without protocols โ the body reverses what conventional medicine told your clients was permanent.
We built our Program around that science.
In the last decade, we've helped hundreds of high-performance executives, founders, and athletes in their 40s and beyond become completely symptom-free โ in as little as 30 days.
Kidney failure. Lupus. Rheumatoid arthritis. Alopecia. Reversed.
We were selected from over 10,000+ applicants to be featured in the documentary Legacy Makers for our innovation in cellular healing.
If you're a high performer whose health is quietly costing you your edge โ we work with a very small number of private clients.
Comment us the word READY to find out if you qualify.

The Truth About โTire Kickersโ No One Wants to Admit....
This woman had a call with Oksana back in 2022.
From that point on, she consistently reached out for guidanceโtelling us how โamazingโ our work was and that she was saving up money to eventually work with us.
She would ask questions, engage with our content, and we always responded. She followed our YouTube channel, our pages, and even personal profiles.
On the surface, it looked like genuine intent.
Fast forward to 2026, she ended up paying a medical doctor to do her program insteadโdespite repeatedly saying she was saving up to work with US.
And it made something very clear to me.
In business, we often call these โtire kickers.โ
People who consistently signal intention, but never actually follow through.
They want proximity to solutions, not responsibility for implementing them.
Itโs worth notingโOksana even offered her a free call back in 2022. Meanwhile, many doctors charge $800 per hour just to have a conversation.
That contrast taught us something important, which is part of why we eventually stopped offering unlimited free consults.
Not because we donโt want to help, but because when access is unlimited, people often confuse availability with obligation. Some would book multiple calls per year without ever committing to real change.
And it raises a deeper question.
Why do people behave this way?
Because most people are not actually making decisions based on transformationโtheyโre making decisions based on comfort, familiarity, and perceived safety. They go where it feels easiest to be seen, not necessarily where the deepest results are created.
At the same time, we personally spend time answering client questions directly, limiting how many people we can truly work with at a high level.
And hereโs the uncomfortable truth:
If someone says they are โsaving upโ for transformation while actively investing elsewhere, what theyโre really expressing is not financial limitationโitโs misalignment of priority and emotional reassurance.

Being a rule breaker is not what people think in the top 5% of those in their field.
Most who do great things play by the rules in many areas of lifeโฆ
but they are very anti-establishment in what they take on & how they think.
They refuse the accepted norms of their area.
==========================
The most successful people in business donโt play strictly by the rules. While society teaches us to follow certain conventions and expectations, true high performers understand that breaking free from these constraints is often the key to extraordinary outcomes.
But for the top 0.01%, rule-breaking isnโt about being rebellious for the sake of rebellion.
Many of those who skip steps or move differently have never been particularly rebellious in obvious or traditional ways. In fact, some of them have been meticulous, hardworking individuals.
We all know the saying, โGood things come to those who wait.โ And while that can be true in the micro, it is certainly not true in the macro.
What do I mean by that? Patience can be valuable in certain nuanced aspects of business. However, for the top 0.01%, waiting around for every little thing goes against their nature.
Top performers reject the idea of excessive waiting.
They take actionโespecially when it comes to big opportunities. With smaller matters, they can afford to be patient if they believe the desired outcomes are already in motion.
They understand that opportunity rarely comes to those who simply wait their turn. It comes to those who seize it aggressively. They think fast, move fast, and pursue the things that will move them forward. They dislike being held back or feeling constrained.
A simple example of this mindset is why my sister and I decided to invest in a business coach. We knew we could spend years trying to figure everything out on our ownโmaking mistakes, wasting time, and learning through slow trial and error.
Instead, we chose to shorten the learning curve. We were willing to take the risk of investing in guidance so we could move faster and get results sooner.
Most people are too afraid to make that kind of investment. They would rather stay comfortable and โfigure it out eventually,โ even if it takes years.
But that fear of risk is exactly why many people never reach the top 0.01% of performers. High achievers understand that time is their most valuable asset, and they are willing to invest resources to accelerate their progress.
High achievers also recognize that โwaiting for the right timeโ should be used sparingly and is often just an excuse to avoid taking action.
While others wait for perfect conditions, top performers act with imperfect information and adjust along the way. They operate with a strong awareness of time and the importance of using it wisely.
Of course, breaking societal rules is not without cost. It may earn them labels such as difficult, arrogant, or โnot a team player.โ However, they understand that the short-term social costs are often far outweighed by the long-term benefits of operating on their own terms.
At the end of the day, the difference between those who are reckless and those who are high-performing rule breakers is good judgment.
Top performers donโt reach the top because of the rules they follow. They get there because of the rules they intentionally choose to breakโbending the ones they know will help them move further and faster toward what they are capable of achieving.

โIt took 50 years for a general surgeon to say that cigarettes cause cancer. They already knew for 50 years. It is going to take like 100 years to say in public that yes, nutrition (when it's done correctly with 1-1 guidance) can help you reverse your autoimmune markers โ and most of us will be dead by then.โ
Read that again.
They. Already. Knew.
For 50 years, people kept smoking while the science sat in a drawer. And right now, today, there is another drawer. And it is full of information about what chronic disease actually is, what is actually driving it, and what the body actually needs to heal.
But most people will never hear it in time.
The question is โ are you going to wait?

Something interesting happened last week.
A woman who goes as Terryann Austine Venezia commented this on our facebook post after SHE asked us to sent her a cancer class we created for our clients.
The class costs about $20.
She was upset she had to pay.
Think about that for a second.
A class built from OVER a decade of experience working with clients and helping people get rapid health resultsโฆ constantly updated based on real client outcomesโฆ and the problem was a $20 fee.
She didnโt message us privately.
She posted the comment publicly after she saw the $20 fee.
Why?
To discourage others from purchasing it and getting access to our 14 year experience working as peer-reviewed published immunology scientists.
Hereโs the interesting part about human behavior.
People would never walk into a doctorโs office and speak to a doctor that way.
They wouldnโt sit in the waiting room and announce to everyone:
โWhy should I pay for this appointment?โ
But on social media, people suddenly feel entitled to everything for free.
Meanwhile, weโve seen the opposite happen.
A functional medicine doctor once STOLE our client testimonials and posted them inside her private Facebook group, claiming those were her results.
Almost no one spoke up.
No outrage.
No defense.
People didnโt seem to care they were being misled.
Because many people online arenโt looking for TRUTH.
Theyโre looking for FREE TIPS.
Hereโs the hard reality.
If you are the type of person who just scavenges the internet for free informationโฆ downloads every guideโฆ watches every webinarโฆ but refuses to invest in real guidanceโฆ
You will probably stay stuck.
Not because information is missing.
But because commitment is missing.
You donโt get in life what you want.
You get what you VALUE enough to invest in and implement.
Thatโs true in business.
Thatโs true in health.
And itโs true in life.
The people who get results are not the ones collecting FREE advice.
Theyโre the ones who decide:
โIโm done dabbling. Iโm going all in.โ
And that decision is usually the moment everything starts to change.

Our client recently realized that, as a child, she learned to believe that she wasnโt enough unless she was perfectโgetting straight Aโs or constantly overachieving.
How do you start changing that kind of thinking?
First, I want to say how important it is that youโve recognized this.
Becoming aware of the beliefs that hold you back is a huge step forward.
You need to look at the thoughts and beliefs formed during childhood because they often explain why we hold ourselves backโin our diet, relationships, careers, and other areas of life.
These beliefs can affect our ability to succeed and feel happy.
So first, celebrate this discovery. It might feel painful, but itโs actually something to celebrate because now you understand what your inner child believes.
And now you have the opportunity to help that part of you realize that those beliefs were never true.
Every baby born into this world deserves love, a chance at happiness, and the opportunity to pursue their dreams. Iโve never looked at a baby and thought, โNot that one.โ You deserve love and success just like anyone else.
The challenge is learning to allow yourself to believe that.
People who carry the belief that they must be perfect often avoid showing up unless they think they can perform flawlessly.
In our program, we sometimes tell clients, โYouโre probably won't let us know on a day you ate off-plan because youโre worried we will be disappointed.โ But those are the days when support matters most.
In fact, Iโm often more impressed when someone shares honestly about a difficult day than when everything goes perfectly.
Honesty, openness, and transparency take courage.
Another helpful exercise is reconnecting with your younger self.
If possible, find a photo of yourself as a child. Talk to that child and say, โI know you believe youโre not enough. I know you think you have to be perfect to be accepted. But thatโs not true. Youโre allowed to show up exactly as you are. Youโre allowed to take up space.โ
You can promise that child that youโll take care of them nowโby speaking up for yourself, asking for what you need, pursuing opportunities, and making choices that support your health and well-being.
Journaling can also help.
Write the belief โIโm not enoughโ at the top of a page. Then each day, write down evidence that challenges that belief. Maybe someone checked in on you, your child hugged you goodbye, or someone appreciated your work. These moments show that you matter.
The goal isnโt to completely eliminate negative thoughts.
Thatโs unrealistic. Instead, the goal is balance.
Instead of believing โIโm never enough,โ you can move toward โSometimes I am enough.โ That shift creates space for hope, action, and growth.
And rememberโyou asking this question doesnโt just help you. It helps many others who are struggling with the same belief.
