360 LBS ➝ 240 LBS 🤯
Before joining the Barbarian Method, Jah’Wuan struggled with low self-esteem, body dysmorphia, and feeling completely lost about where to start.
He was also skeptical.
How could an online coach actually help him transform his body?
But he took a chance on himself.
With a step-by-step plan, accountability, fast support, and a team guiding him through the process, Jah’Wuan lost nearly 120 pounds in under a year.
His biggest realization?
Getting in shape was not impossible.
He simply needed the right plan and the willingness to follow it.
As Jah’Wuan said:
“They set it all up. All you have to do is put in the work.”
If you have 100+ pounds to lose, you do not need to figure everything out alone.
You need a proven plan, support when things get difficult, and someone showing you exactly what to do next.
Your transformation could be next.
Comment “100” and I’ll show you how we help people lose 100+ pounds without starving themselves or living in the gym. 🔥

Most people think fat loss means eating less food.
But the real goal is to eat foods that give you more fullness for fewer calories.
Researchers actually tested different foods using equal-calorie portions and ranked them based on how satisfied people felt afterward.
You do not need more willpower.
You need a better-designed diet.

You stopped eating fast food.
You replaced burgers with salmon, chips with nuts, and cereal with oatmeal.
Your diet looks healthy.
So why are you still not losing weight?
Because “clean” does not mean low calorie.
Foods like peanut butter, olive oil, avocado, nuts, granola, smoothies, and salad dressings can all be nutritious.
But they are also easy to overeat.
I learned this the hard way with peanut butter.
I used to grab what I thought was a normal spoonful and add it to oatmeal or shakes.
Then I finally measured an actual serving.
Two tablespoons was around 200 calories, and it looked tiny compared to what I had been eating.
My “one serving” was probably closer to 350 or 400 calories.
The peanut butter was not the problem.
My portions were.
I see the same thing with busy men all the time.
They eat eggs, avocado, smoothies, salads, trail mix, salmon, olive oil, and yogurt bowls.
Everything sounds healthy.
But once we calculate the portions, they are eating far more calories than they realize.
That is why we use the 80/20 rule inside the Barbarian Squad.
Around 80% of your diet comes from lean protein, fruit, vegetables, potatoes, rice, oats, and other foods that keep you full.
The other 20% can include pizza, burgers, chocolate, or meals out with your family.
You do not need to eat perfectly.
You need to control your portions, hit your protein target, and stay consistent.
Stop trying to build the cleanest diet possible.
Build one you can actually follow.

Most men over 30 think fat loss requires more time than they have.
Long workouts.
Complicated meal plans.
Hours of cardio.
Perfect discipline.
It doesn’t.
What actually moves the needle is much simpler:
Lift weights 2 to 3 times per week.
Walk more every day.
Build each meal around protein.
Eat in a moderate calorie deficit.
Sleep as much as your schedule realistically allows.
Track your weekly weight trend instead of reacting to daily fluctuations.
That is it.
Our client Keith lost 20 pounds in two months by following a repeatable plan that fit around his work, family, knee discomfort, and limited equipment.
Eric lost 12 pounds despite frequent travel, long drives, hotel stays, and inconsistent gym access.
They did not succeed because life became less busy.
They succeeded because they had a routine that still worked when life was busy.
You do not need the perfect plan.
You need a plan you can follow during your hardest week.
Consistency with the basics will beat extreme diets and random workouts every time.

That life is so busy with work, family, and endless to-do lists that even thinking about fitness feels overwhelming? 😓
That’s exactly where my client Craig was before he joined our program …
He was a busy full-time professional, balancing work, school, and family responsibilities. 👨🏻💻
Sticking to a workout routine and finding the energy to stay active seemed impossible to him. 😣
But he managed to achieve BIG results by losing 15lbs! 📉Here’s how he did it 👇🏻
1️⃣ Starting Small & Building Confidence
Craig began with quick, simple home workouts that fit into his busy days. 🏋🏻♂️
By starting with bodyweight exercises at home, he avoided the intimidating and crowded gym environment. 💪🏻
2️⃣ A Structure That Worked With His Life
With a structured yet flexible approach, Craig found himself consistently progressing without feeling overwhelmed. 📈
He didn’t do hour-long workouts. 🚫
Instead, he eased into short and effective sessions. ✅
3️⃣ The Results Beyond the Scale
While Craig saw changes on the scale, the real transformation went deeper. 🔥
He now enjoys better sleep, sustained energy throughout the day, and sharper focus! ⚡️
He also noticed a change in his body composition, with more muscle tone, a stronger posture, and an improved physique. 💪🏻
4️⃣ Support & Accountability Tailored to His Style
Craig found value in both the 1-1 coaching and the community aspect of the program! 📲
Through it all, he felt supported, motivated, and understood.

Stop wasting money on fat loss supplements
Most busy men are not struggling to lose fat because they are missing some magical supplement.
They are struggling because they are spending money on the wrong things.
Fat burners.
BCAAs.
Greens powders.
Detox pills.
Random “metabolism boosters.”
Meanwhile, their calories are inconsistent, their protein is too low, their sleep is trash, and they barely move outside the gym.
Here’s the truth:
Supplements are only about 5 to 10% of your results.
The real foundation is still:
Calories
Protein
Lifting
Steps
Sleep
Stress management
Consistency
But once those are in place, the right supplements can help you get that extra edge.
The only 3 I’d really focus on for fat loss are:
1. Protein powder
Not because it burns fat, but because it helps you hit your protein target easier.
2. Caffeine
Great for energy, focus, training performance, and appetite control when used properly.
3. Creatine
Not a fat burner, but it helps you maintain strength, performance, and muscle while dieting.
Everything else is secondary.
Fiber, electrolytes, vitamin D, omega-3, and magnesium can be useful depending on the person.
But fat burners, BCAAs, greens powders, and collagen protein are usually not worth stressing over if your goal is fat loss.
Most men don’t need more supplements.
They need a better system.
And that’s exactly what we help you build inside the Barbarian Squad.
If you want to lose 30 to 50 pounds without giving up your favorite foods or spending hours in the gym, reply “SQUAD” and I’ll send you the details.
P.S. The supplement stack will never save a broken routine. Fix the routine first, then use supplements as the cherry on top.

A lot of busy men think losing fat means spending hours every Sunday cooking chicken, rice, and broccoli.
It doesn’t.
You can still lose fat without traditional meal prep by keeping things simple:
Use grocery store shortcuts like rotisserie chicken, microwaveable rice, frozen vegetables, Greek yogurt, and protein shakes.
Have a few repeatable go-to meals you can eat without thinking.
Learn how to order at restaurants by prioritizing lean protein, simple carbs, vegetables, and keeping sauces on the side.
Keep easy snacks like protein bars, fruit, beef jerky, and tuna packets at your desk or in your car.
And most importantly, have a backup plan for your busiest days.
The best fat loss diet is not the most complicated one.
It is the one you can actually follow when work gets busy and life gets chaotic.
Consistency beats perfect meal prep every time.

Meet Jing, who has lost 35lbs in our program so far!
Before joining the program, he struggled with a lack of knowledge and inconsistency.
He had an improper diet, an inability to stick to a training plan, and a lack of confidence that made him uncomfortable going to the gym.
He was skeptical about the communication aspect of our program, due to the nature of virtual coaching, but with our weekly check-ins protocol and 24/7 support, it hasn’t been an issue.
His biggest breakthrough has been building confidence, achieving a positive body transformation, and developing a good diet and training habits. Losing over 35lbs already, he would recommend our program to anyone who is afraid of taking the first step.

10 LBS DOWN IN HER FIRST MONTH 🤯🔥
Our client Zulaikha came into the Barbarian Squad at 215 lbs.
Just 1 month later, she is already down to 205 lbs using the Barbarian Method.
But this isn’t just about the number on the scale …
She also said her friends, mother, grandmother, aunts, and even her midwives noticed the change and asked her what she was doing.
That is what happens when you stop guessing and finally follow a clear plan.
No crash diets.
No starving.
No random workouts.
No trying every program and getting nowhere.
Just simple nutrition, structured workouts, accountability, and consistency stacked week after week.
She told me she had tried so many programs before and could never even move from 99 kg to 98 kg…
Now she is down to 89 kg and feeling proud of her progress.
This is why we created the Barbarian Method.
To help busy people lose fat, build confidence, and finally prove to themselves that they can do this.
Proud of you, Zulaikha. This is just the beginning 🦁💪
Comment METHOD if you want help losing your first 10 lbs.
