Hi everyone. I want to take a moment to address something important after reading through your thoughtful responses to my latest post about MD's recent video.
My intention has never been to accuse Soso.
When I highlighted MD's words — "There's no love here anymore... I just hope I don't get depressed" — my goal was simply to signal that he expressed genuine pain in a vulnerable moment. Even though they both laughed at the end of the clip, I personally did not find any humor in what was said. To me, those words carried weight, regardless of the laughter that followed.
This became clear when I read some of your comments:
@Jauhara-y9e7p: "We just watched the video and enjoyed that of the mirror but we didn't focus on the words mmm..."
@Chino44n: "My heart is too fragile to accept the pain you have described that M is dealing with... At this time I choose to be happy."
From my livestream yesterday – @Tesatalkstv: "I did see your post with the captions for their convo. I took it as them joking bc they were just on live laughing 🤷🏿♀️"
These responses made me realize that there are members of the audience who may very well not have realized the impact of what he said. And honestly? That was exactly my goal all along — not necessarily to cast her in a bad light, but to make visible what might otherwise be overlooked or brushed aside as "just content."
If someone says they feel depressed in relation to another person, I believe it deserves acknowledgment. Whether it's a temporary rift, a misunderstanding, or something deeper — pointing it out isn't about blame. It's about honoring the vulnerability that was shared publicly.
Also, A Note About Yesterday's Livestream Attempt Quick side note: Yesterday's livestream attempt didn't go as planned. Audio issues meant there was significant background noise throughout. I deleted those attempts. Although I completed a second session afterward, I just listened back to the recording and found it problematic enough but I don't want to delete it yet. Once I am able to trim out the noise portion and repost separately, I beg of you to bear with me.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during technical hiccups. Your engagement means everything, whether you agree with my take or not.
Final Thought At the end of the day, these are human beings sharing moments with us. Sometimes those moments are joyful. Sometimes they're painful. Both deserve space.
My role is to offer analysis grounded in what's visible — not to pass judgment on private lives we can never fully know. We can analyze the data without losing sight of the humanity behind it.

🏨 Welcome to the Heartbreak Hotel Room: MD's Unfiltered Pain on June 10 🥀
I am returning from my hiatus not with hype, but with a sobering reality check. After analyzing Michael Dappa and Sophia Chisom's recent posts, the narrative has shifted significantly. It appears something deep has fractured in "Sosoville," and MD is no longer hiding it behind captions alone.
Today's update focuses on two critical pieces of content released around June 10th that confirm the heartbreak pattern hinted at by his song choices (Mixed Signals, Mystery Girl). We are stepping into the Heartbreak Hotel Room.
📱 Clip 1: The Mirror Scene (Soso’s Snapchat) The Date: June 10 The Context: A black-and-white BTS clip where Soso is filming herself before a mirror. MD enters, feigning a search for his iPad, only to join her frame.
The Transcript Speaks Volumes:
MD: "Soso you have changed oh. You were not like this. You used to want me in your videos before." MD: "There's NO LOVE here anymore. Such is life. I just hope I don't get depressed." Soso: [Laughs and falls on the chair]
Analysis:
The Accusation: MD explicitly points out a change in her behavior ("You have changed"), noting that she previously welcomed him in her frames but now pushes him away. If MD is correct (and she neither denied nor countered him), it begs the question, why? What or who caused this change? The Confession: The line "There's no love here anymore" is devastating when delivered in such a casual setting. His body language—looking wistfully at the wall then bowing his head while holding his belt—is distant and defeated. The Reaction: Soso's reaction—laughing and falling to the floor—feels jarring against MD's visible pain. It creates an atmosphere reminiscent of the raw vulnerability found in classic heartbreak ballads, capturing a scene that feels like it belongs in a room scene in Whitney Houston's Heartbreak Hotel where one person is screaming in silence while the other tries to distract from the reality. It feels less like shared comedy and more like a disconnect where he is exposing a wound and she is applying bandage-over-makeup. Objectivity: We cannot ignore that Soso’s laughter could be a coping mechanism, but it does little to soothe the visible pain MD is radiating. Whatever happened in Egypt seems to have created a wall she hasn't known how to dismantle. The Accountability Question: Is Soso attempting to dismantle the wall she created if she caused this pain? Or is she trying to gaslight the situation by playing it off as comedy to avoid accountability? It is a gentle but necessary inquiry: when someone clearly hurts another, is it enough to laugh it off to "save face," or does true repair require acknowledging the hurt? Accountability is necessary in any relationship; using humor to deflect when pain is being expressed can sometimes feel like damage control rather than genuine connection.
📹 Clip 2: The IG Check-In ("Be Strong And Forgive Me") The Platform: Official Instagram (reposted elsewhere) The Tone: An apology disguised as encouragement. The Transcript Reveals More:
MD: "I know you're upset with me. My communication has been shitty... I'm terribly sorry." MD: "I swear, it's just that I've been managing a lot, a lot... I suck at multitasking... But sha forgive me, be strong enough to forgive me." MD: "I feel like I'm going to take care of you every time. I don't know."
Analysis:
The Dual Meaning: While framed as advice to fans ("You're a strong person... come out on the other side stronger"), the context suggests MD is motivating himself to survive this period. He admits, "I don't have an excuse," dismissing his earlier claim about multitasking. The Vulnerability: The line "I feel like I'm going to take care of you every time" followed by "I don't know" shows hesitation. He wants to lead and protect, but he feels uncertain if that role is still wanted. Connection to Music: This aligns perfectly with the lyrics he's been posting. He is trying to find strength to forgive, to endure, but the admission that "communication has been messy" hints at a deeper disconnect.
🔍 The Big Questions: Are We Seeing the Truth? These clips, combined with the song choices (Ruth B., Original Sin, etc.), paint a clear picture of unrequited effort.
1. Was Egypt the Turning Point? The shift from the AMVCA power couple walk to this current silence suggests something changed during her time away. 2. Did She Get Him Wrong? Was the connection real, or was it a business arrangement that fell apart? Soso’s promotion of the Flower Man mystery and her initial lack of BTS on the new set add weight to the theory that her attention may be divided. 3. Is It Marketing? Some argue this is just promotion for unreleased movies. But MD's admission of depression ("hope I don't get depressed") is too personal to be purely scripted. Actors play roles; artists express pain.
🔍 Bigger Questions: Performance vs. Reality We must distinguish between what we saw in the past and what lies ahead.
1. Movies shot pre-Egypt: I posit that their performance in movies filmed before the rift, during a time when things appeared healthy should reflect their previous chemistry. Therefore, fans should expect the natural connection they loved before in unreleased movies like Destined Odds and Party Crashers, to name a few. 2. The Future Risk: However, movies filmed after her return from Egypt—specifically Stuck on You and the new project produced by Papaya X—might tell a different story. The natural, genuine connection that fueled their allure in earlier projects may be impacted by this current tension. If the emotional distance persists, we might see a noticeable disconnect in these upcoming releases. It would not be surprising if the "magic" seems dimmer, reflecting the reality of their off-screen struggle.
🎬 What's Next? Destined Odds: Fans are waiting for this movie and more and if we go by Soso's response to a fan's question today, it might be getting released next week. Yay! New Project (Produced by Papaya X): Filming continues, but the emotional temperature is low compared to previous sets. MD's Resilience: Despite the pain, MD is working. Ebook launch, gym goals, social media management. He is choosing to stay strong. Awaiting Truth: We must remain objective. We do not know the full private story. However, ignoring MD's vocalized pain would be unfair. If Soso played a role in this tension, acknowledging that doesn't hurt her—it humanizes the situation. Relationships are hard. When communication breaks down and "love feels absent," even celebrities bleed in front of us.
My Take: Love shouldn't feel like a sin. Whether this is a temporary hurdle or a permanent shift, the current evidence points to MD struggling alone in a room he thought they shared.
Stay Tuned: I will be doing a dedicated deep dive on their livestream dynamics in my next video. For now, sit with this: Accountability matters, and laughter doesn't always fix a broken heart.
💔 "Loving You Is My Greatest Sin": A Partial Update on MD & Soso Since June 1 🎬🥀
I am back from my hiatus to bring you an abridged update on Michael Dappa and Sophia Chisom since June 1st. While the central theme is heartbreak, I suspect there is much more happening behind the scenes.
🎵 The Central Theme: "Mixed Signals" The most striking development is the pattern of song choices MD has been using in his edits. From "Dandelions" (wishing she'd be his) to "Mystery Girl" (feeling ignored), the latest post confirms a deepening sadness.
The Video: A slowed-down version of their "most romantic kiss" scene from Short & Sweet 2. The Song: Ruth B's "Mixed Signals" sampled by Rod Wave in Street Runner. The Killer Lyric: "Loving you is my greatest sin... I don't know if it's worth the pain... The 'goodbyes', the 'hellos'..." My Take: MD isn't just posting sad songs; he is narrating a struggle. He feels like loving her is causing him pain because of the uncertainty. If these lyrics continue, MD essentially needs a full Tony Braxton playlist (starting with "Un-Break My Heart") to match his current mood!
🎬 New Movie: Filming with Producer Papaya X? MD and Soso have been on set for their upcoming movie, produced by Papaya X, since Sunday.
The Vibe: Unlike the chaotic BTS of previous projects, interactions posted so far are minimal. The "Chop Iron" Moment: In a brief clip, Soso calls MD "Iron," then "Chop Iron." He looks up smiling brightly. She says he's "foolish" and "idiot." Reality Check: The clips are very short. We don't see enough interaction to definitively say if the "spark" is gone or just muted due to the filming schedule. The Livestream Tease: They did interact during Soso's recent livestream (she sat close, even placing her leg on his thigh), but even then, there was a subtle sense of distancing. I will be analyzing that livestream in a dedicated post/video soon as it deserves its own deep dive.
📅 The Timeline of Updates
1. June 5: The "New Movie" Announcement?
MD posted a compilation of their best moments (viral hug, S&S1 kiss, BTS from S&S2, Behind the Glamour, A Ride to Love) set to "Dandelions." Caption: "Sodappa ❤️🔥 #newmovie#Soso" Analysis: The hashtag suggests this was likely an announcement of the new film with Papaya X, rather than just a random nostalgia post.
2. June 7: "Mystery Girl" & The Wall Edit
Video 1: Reconciliation scenes from S&S2 set to "Mystery Girl" (Lyrics: "You're so cold you never listen... always ignoring me leaving me blue"). Contrast: The original Christmas song, The Magic of Christmas by Made of Snow ft. Sarah Gardner, in the movie was warm; the replacement song highlights coldness and distance.
Video 2: An AI edit of them against a wall with "Sodappa" inscribed, set to MD's "Original Sin" soundtrack. Hashtag Shift: He used #movie and #lovestory. Meta AI correctly identified "Sodappa" as the ship name (citing my channel as a source!), but the content feels more like a nod to the fiction of the movie than their real-life status.
3. June 9: "Whining" & The Solo Dance
MD posted a solo clip of himself "whining" (dancing) to "Original Sin." Lyrics: "So girl come show me your moves... Gimme loving, dirty whine slow." Context: He tagged #sodappa and #soso despite being alone. It feels like an ode to her, hoping she will "show her moves" and engage, perhaps referencing his own songwriting process where he channels his feelings into music. PS: MD is an alluring dancer!
💰 Ebook Giveaway Update! 🚨 Status: SUCCESS! MD and/or his team resolved my issue. Availability: The book Chop Iron, E Get Why is purchasable via his Official Facebook and IG pages as well as his IG fitness page and will soon be on Amazon. My Promise: I have purchased the copies and still have 18 copies left to give away to those who will indicate interest. Please email me and it's yours for the taking!
🔍 The Big Questions 1. Is "Loving You Is My Greatest Sin" Real? Is MD singing about his actual relationship struggles, or is this just character work for the new movie? 2. The Papaya X Dynamic: With minimal BTS and the "Flower Man" mystery lingering, what really happened during the Egypt trip that shifted the dynamic from the AMVCA power couple walk to this current state? 3. Why Keep Promoting Sodappa? Are they keeping the brand alive for business (unreleased movies), or does MD genuinely believe they can fix this?
Stay Tuned: I will be breaking down Soso's livestream in detail in my next post (and maybe video), where the leg-on-thigh moment and the subtle distancing will be analyzed frame-by-frame.
For now, the pattern of songs speaks louder than captions. MD seems tired of the mixed signals. What do you think?
⚠️ A CAUTIOUS WORD: Soso's Political Video, The Ebook Glitch & Navigating Crisis Times 🇳🇬💔
I have some important updates regarding the Michael Dappa & Sophia Chisom situation, and a necessary, gentle caution on recent content that needs careful consideration.
1. THE "CHOP IRON" EBOOK: NEW OPTIONS FOR EVERYONE! ⚡ Good news for those trying to get MD's new book Chop Iron, E Get Why! There are now clearer paths to purchase:
📱 For Instagram Users: The link is live on his official pages. 📘 For Facebook Users (Non-IG): MD has added the Selar link directly to his Official Facebook page. You can now purchase it there without needing an Instagram account! 🛒 My Giveaway Status: I am still waiting for a resolution from MD's team regarding the bank restriction issue I faced (where my bank flagged Selar as a merchant in a “restricted zone"). Plan B: If his team doesn't resolve this for me in the next 24 hours, I will purchase the copies via Amazon once he uploads them there (as he stated in his video yesterday). For You: If you face the same payment block with your bank, just wait! The Amazon version should be available within 24–48 hours (hopefully), which usually bypasses these specific regional blocks.
How to Buy Right Now:
Facebook: Go to Michael Dappa's Official Page -> Check Bio/Posts for the new Selar link. Amazon: Wait for tomorrow's update if Selar isn't working for you. My Giveaway: If you indicated interest, please wait a little longer. I will secure the copies (via Amazon if needed) and distribute them once the logistics are clear.
2. A Gentle Caution on Soso's Recent TikTok: Intent vs. Impact 🎥🤔 I want to share a personal observation regarding a video Soso recently posted. I must clarify: This is not a report of public backlash — many Nigerians support her frustrations. However, I'm sharing an external perspective that might be worth considering for her long-term protection.
The Context:
• Political Stance: She expressed anger at the current administration (which many agree with) • The Caption: In her IG description, she acknowledged Nigeria's hunger, insecurity, and economic pain — showing she clearly understands the struggle • The Video: She reacted to a disabled man chanting pro-government slogans, saying "Stand na, Okoko" directed at someone who physically cannot stand • The Contrast: She posted raw cash amounts (on her Snapchat the day before) and receipts from high-end supermarket(s) grocery runs (food/gas essentials where prices are naturally higher) on the same day on her Facebook and TikTok accounts
The Concern: While purchasing essentials isn't wrong, broadcasting raw cash volumes alongside captions about families struggling to afford basics can feel incongruent. Her audience is young and impressionable; some comment her grocery spend equals their monthly salary. Reposting Egypt vacation spending after returning also questions the timing/purpose.
My Plea: She has every right to voice frustration. But combining political anger, ableist language, AND conspicuous cash displays sends mixed messages globally. She may not have considered how this reads outside Nigeria or to fans currently facing severe hardship. This isn't me telling her what to post. It's simply another lens worth considering for her own protection, legacy, and the well-being of her audience who are suffering in ways she acknowledges.
3. A Serious Plea: Celebrity and Content Creator Responsibility in a Fragile Nigeria 🕊️🇳🇬 Nigeria is in a critical state. Victims of the Oyo State kidnappings are still in captivity. Families are grieving.
The Reality: Even celebrities and content creators in Lagos are not immune to the terror surrounding their audience. The people who gave them fame or engage in their content are currently living in fear. The Warning: Content that feels frivolous, insensitive, or purely self-aggrandizing during a time of national trauma can alienate the very audience that supports them. Solidarity: We all need to show grace. Celebrities and content creators should tread carefully, showing solidarity with their suffering compatriots rather than adding fuel to a fire that is already burning hot.
4. My Content Strategy Adjustment ⏳ I know I promised frequent updates on MD and Soso. However, given the gravity of the situation and the need for sensitivity:
Slower Pace: I am reconsidering the frequency of my posts. I will not be posting daily. Quality over Quantity: When I do post, it will be thoughtful and context-aware. I am prioritizing sensitivity and relevance over hype. Still Here: I have not abandoned the project. I will fulfill my promise of analysis, but it will come at a slower pace than initially anticipated to respect the mood of the nation.
5. Final Thoughts We are all waiting for peace. MD is doing great work with his fitness initiative (and making it accessible!). Soso has valid political concerns but needs to consider how her message lands with vulnerable audiences. And I'll continue connecting dots while respecting our fragile reality.
Stay safe, stay strong, and let's show some grace during this difficult time. 🙏🇳🇬
🚨 "CHOP IRON, E GET WHY" IS LIVE! (Plus: A Personal Apology & How to Get Your Copy) 🏋️♂️📚
Michael Dappa has officially launched his fitness eBook, Chop Iron, E Get Why, and the energy is unmatched! But before we dive into the launch details, I need to address a technical hiccup that caused a delay in my promised giveaway.
🛑 The "Link in Bio" Struggle & My Apology MD launched the book yesterday on his official Facebook, IG, and Fitness IG page (the main hub for this project).
The Issue: The purchase links are ONLY on his Instagram pages. My Effort: I actually had to create a brand new Instagram account just to access the link and try to buy the books for you all! The Glitch: Despite my efforts, the transaction didn't go through immediately due to some technical issues on the payment gateway/bank side. I am currently following up with his team and my bank to resolve this. The Promise: I apologize for the delay. Everyone who indicated interest will still get their copies as soon as this is settled. If you don't want it for yourself, please still indicate interest—you can buy it as a gift for a friend or family member! (Not many have signed up yet, so there's plenty of room!).
📖 The Book is LIVE Here: 🔗 Direct Link: selar.com/8y8y81c82z
🎥 Key Takeaways from MD's Launch Video: In his hype-filled launch video, MD dropped some crucial advice:
The Mission: This is a 7-day beginner home workout guide designed to make you "sexy, fit, and healthy." The Plea: "I beg you in the name of God, Mohammed, Buddha... stay consistent!" He warns against buying the book, failing to follow through, and then blaming him for no results. The Promise: "If you stay consistent... I promise you, you will see results." He emphasizes that once you see results, you'll get obsessed (in a good way!). The Roadmap: This is just the beginner level. Intermediate, advanced, and "Gym Girlie/Bro" packages are already lined up! The Price: It is still ₦3,000. He warned fans: "If anybody contacts you saying the book is ₦15K, no be me! It's ₦3K for now." The Motivation: He plans to drop daily videos to keep fans locked in. "Never chop out, go chop iron!"
💡 Why I Created an IG Account for This: I believe so strongly in MD's cause—providing value and helping people get fit—that I went the extra mile to create an Instagram account just to secure these copies for my community. This isn't just a book; it's a movement to get Nigerians (and the world) moving from home!
🎁 How to Get Your Copy (The Giveaway):
1. Indicate Interest: Even if you don't want it, sign up to get it as a gift for someone! 2. Wait for the Green Light: Once I resolve the payment glitch, I will distribute the 20 copies to the first 20 responders. 3.Contact Me: Email me (link in bio/description) to reserve your spot.
The Verdict: MD is turning into a fitness evangelist! From the "pizza trap" to this official launch, he's serious about helping us "chop iron for house." Let's support him and get fit together!

PS: I started preparing this, dozed off, and woke up in the middle of the night to continue!
🏋️♂️ "Chop Iron, E Get Why!" MD's Ebook Launch Delayed to Tomorrow & The "Pizza Trap"! 🍕📚
Michael Dappa is back with a mission to get Nigeria (and the world) fit, but there was a slight hiccup in the plan!
1. The Launch Update: Tomorrow at 6 PM WAT! ⏰ MD posted a video today on his official verified Facebook and IG fitness pages announcing that the upload to Sellerr has been fixed.
The Book Title: Chop Iron, E Get Why (A playful Pidgin phrase meaning "Lift weights, there's a reason for it!" advocating for the benefits of exercise). The Schedule: Official launch is Tomorrow at 6:00 PM West African Time. The Caption: "Official Launch Is Tomorrow 6pm WAT... Link Will Be In Bio... Make We Chop iron For House Together, E Get Why..." The Status: The link is not yet live on his bio (I checked!), so we all have to wait until tomorrow.
2. The "Pizza Trap" & The Funny Comments 🍕😂 In his video, MD admitted he was testing his fans yesterday when he said they could have "one slice of pizza."
The Reveal: "I was testing you... You failed! So you still go chop that pizza." The Fan Reactions: The comments section is pure comedy gold as fans confess their dietary "failures": "Omo I chop oo" (I ate it!) "I had sweet potato and boiled egg... and yes, I have registered for gym" (The good ones!) "I'm eating smoky jollof rice and turkey but I added salad because it healthy, right?" "I just chop eba finish oooo" (His co-star from Dubem & Pieces That Fit confessing!) "If it's shawa nko?" (Is it Shawarma?) "I'm guilty i just dropped it fast don't want wahala"
3. A Special Offer for My Audience! 🎁 I believe in MD's cause—he's providing real value to help people get fit and healthy. To support him and my community:
The Plan: Once the link goes live tomorrow, I will secure 20 copies of the book for the first 20 people who show interest. How to Get It: If you want a copy, email me (eritimmuet@proton.me) as soon as the link is up tomorrow. First come, first served! Why? It's my small way of evangelizing the "Chop Iron" movement and supporting an artist who is giving back through knowledge.
4. The Future of Fitness 🏋️♀️ MD mentioned this is just the beginning. He has packages coming for:
• Intermediate & Advanced levels • Gym Girlies & Gym Bros • Video tutorials and a "whole package"
The Verdict: MD is turning into a fitness evangelist! From the "pizza trap" to the "Chop Iron" mantra, he's gaining many "souls" for exercise—even his co-stars are joining the movement (or at least confessing their sins!).
Are you ready to "Chop Iron"?
• Did you fall for the pizza trap? • Will you grab one of the 20 copies tomorrow? • What's your favorite part of the book description?
Drop your comments and email me tomorrow if you want in! 👇
🌙 "New New" Month & The "Dandelion" Dilemma: MD's Mood Swing, Nigeria's Plight & The Ebook Launch! 🇳🇬📚
May 31st and June 1st brought a mix of national concern, personal reflection, and romantic ambiguity from Michael Dappa. After a few days of silence and melancholy, MD has returned with a message that might change how we interpret his recent posts.
1. The "Melancholy" Re-evaluated: It Might Not Be About Soso 🙏🇳🇬 Before diving into the new posts, let's revisit the "sad" videos from May 27-29.
The New Context: MD's official fanpage and his own Snapchat suggest his mood was likely driven by Nigeria's current insecurity (kidnappings, beheadings in Oyo State) and personal struggles, not necessarily a relationship crisis.
The Snapchat Message (June 1): "Happy new new... I've been dealing with a lot. A lot has been dealing with me."
The Fanpage Post: "As we begin this new month, our thoughts and prayers are with everyone facing challenges... rising insecurity, kidnappings... PrayForNigeria."
The Takeaway: While the Physical Attraction clip (about regret) was used, it may have been a metaphor for national grief or personal hardship rather than a specific confession about Soso. He is concerned about the plight of Nigerians.
2. The Ebook Launch: "Chopping Iron" & The 3K Decision 💪🍕 MD is officially launching his fitness eBook today!
The Vibe: He looked incredibly happy in his promo video, wearing a coral tee and lava orange bucket hat (the same tee from the Party Crashers BTS where he and Soso were excited about their wedding scene!).
The Price: Despite fans suggesting 5K, 10K, or even 15K, MD insisted on keeping it at 3,000 Naira. Why? "Country hard... there's a lot of people that will not be able to afford it."
My Suggestion: While MD kept the base price low for accessibility, fans who want to pay more could do so. I suggest that MD consider channeling these excess funds into a charity to help kidnapping victims, their families, or underprivileged school districts. This would turn a commercial launch into a powerful act of national healing.
The "Rest Day": He declared June 1 a "no iron" day, telling fans to eat one slice of pizza and relax.
3. The "Dandelion" Wish: Is It All "Playing Games"? 🌼🤔 On May 31, MD posted a compilation of his best AI edits (Wimbledon, Pool, Head Tilt, etc.) on his unique Facebook.
The Song: "Dandelions" by Ruth B. (Slowed & Reverb).
The Lyrics: "Wishin' on every one that you'd be mine, mine... Prayin' to God that one day you'll be mine." "I see forever in your eyes... I feel okay when I see you smile."
The Interpretation: The song speaks of hope, longing, and the uncertainty of "playing games." It implies he is wishing she would be his, rather than stating she is his.
The Weight of the Message: While fans can speculate endlessly about who is playing games or who is leading whom on, only MD and Soso truly know the reality. However, when MD chooses a song with these specific lyrics, the message carries significant weight. It suggests a relationship where he feels he is still wishing for the outcome, perhaps hinting at the "games" or the lack of full commitment he perceives.
4. The "Ordinary" Declaration: "MY LOVE I Love You" ❤️🔥 On June 1, MD posted another compilation (including the pillow spin, the dodge kiss, and the Destined Odds kiss).
The Text: "MY LOVE I love you."
The Song: "Ordinary" by Alex Warren.
The Lyrics: "The angels up in the clouds are jealous knowin' we found / Somethin' so out of the ordinary." "You got me kissin' the ground of your sanctuary."
The Contrast: This is a direct declaration of love, contrasting with the "wishful" tone of "Dandelions." He is calling their love "extraordinary."
The Missing Piece: Unlike May 1st, where he posted a "Month in Review" filled with Soso, he did not post a June 1st recap. The "My Baby" highlight is still up, but the daily flood has slowed.
5. The "Flower Man" & The "Game" Continues 🌹🎮
The Mystery: Soso's "Flower Man" (Valentine's bag + Birthday gift) remains a secret. Fans in her comments insist it's not MD.
The Quote: Soso's post about wanting a man who is "absolutely obsessed" and "buys me flowers" feels like a direct response to the situation.
The Theory: Is she testing MD? Is she keeping "Flower Man" as a backup? Or is MD the "Flower Man" trying to be subtle?
The Big Questions:
The Mood: Was MD's sadness about Nigeria, or is the relationship shaky? The Charity: Should MD consider accepting extra payments for his book and donating them to help kidnapping victims and underprivileged schools? The Game: Does the "Dandelions" song choice confirm that MD feels she is "playing games" or that the relationship is still uncertain? The Gift: Who is "Flower Man," and why is Soso keeping it secret?
What do you think?
Is MD's "wishful" song choice a sign of doubt, or just a beautiful melody? Should Soso stop accepting gifts from "Flower Man"? Is the "Orange Tee" his happy tee?
Drop your thoughts below! 👇
PS: I suspect MD made the "Ordinary" Declaration video using Canva.
Hey everyone, I wanted to take a moment to personally apologize for the slower pace of videos and posts over the past couple of weeks.
I've been navigating a personal challenge that has demanded all of my time and energy recently. I'm hopeful that this situation will be resolved soon, and I expect to be back to my almost-normal schedule within the next couple of weeks.
What to Expect:
• I will still do my best to connect the dots on the most significant recent happenings regarding MD and Soso. • However, I may skip commenting on minor updates that don't seem to lead to a larger narrative. For example, regarding the Wedding Reunion kerfuffle (aka Ekasoso) yesterday: I might or might not post a dedicated update on it. My thoughts on that are largely already in the comments of previous posts, and honestly, it feels like a nothingburger in the grand scheme of things.

🎬 "We Will Make It" & The "Flower Man" Enigma: MD's Regret vs. Soso's Secret Admirer? 🤔🌹
May 29th and 30th brought a mix of melancholy, hope, and a major mystery regarding Michael Dappa and Sophia Chisom. From MD's emotional movie clips to a "Flower Man" who might not be MD, the plot thickens!
1. MD's "We Will Make It" & The Regret Scene 🙏🎥 On May 29, MD posted a video on both TikTok and Facebook that felt deeply personal.
The Visuals: • A clip from Physical Attraction where his character regrets treating his wife (Ekama) poorly for being "fat" (due to PCOS), only to realize the truth later. • The opening clip of his AMVCA compilation, where Soso and Kanaga Jr. were the center of attention. • The Voiceover: Peller saying, "We will make it, we will grow. Na me tell you."
The Interpretation: • Optimistic View: A general message of perseverance with the prayer emojis. • The "Regret" Angle: Given the Physical Attraction clip (about regretting a mistake in a relationship), is MD hinting that he messed up? Is he praying that despite a mistake (real or perceived), "we will make it"? • The Caption: Simply "we will make it 🙏🙏" (No "Sodappa ♥️🔥" this time). • The Follow-Up: He also posted BTS and the trailer for When Love Finds Me (with Chinenye Nnebe) to his Facebook album, confirming the album is no longer exclusive to Soso.
2. The "Homeless Luck" Apology & The Masterful AI Edits 🏖️🤖 MD resumed his AI composite series with two stunning recreations, showcasing incredible skill:
Edit A: The Beach Pose (May 30, Facebook & TikTok)
• The Image: Soso in a sultry "male shirt over bra" selfie (from her Snapchat) + MD in a black vest/bandana pose. • The Detail: MD's arms are wrapped around Soso's waist, hands near her navel. • • • • • Problem: The closest real photo of MD (from 9 months ago) has his hands crossed over his belly, not lower. • The Skill: To make this composite work, the editor had to digitally reconstruct his arms to a pose he never actually took.
Edit B: The Head Tilt Match (May 30, Facebook Only)
• The Source: Soso's 4-year-old promo photo for Sidon Magic Oil (black top) + MD's 2-year-old IG photo (black t-shirt). • The Match: In the originals, both had slightly tilted heads. In the composite, the tilts were perfectly aligned to meet, creating a seamless embrace. • The Skill: This is a masterclass in digital editing. The alignment is so precise it's nearly impossible to spot the seams. • The Caption: "Sodappa ♥️🔥" (Back to the usual branding).
3. The "Flower Man" Mystery: Is It MD? 🌹❓ Soso's gift unboxing has revealed a major twist regarding an admirer.
• The Clue: On May 26, Soso unboxed a purple watch from her childhood friend Ifeoma. • The Connection: She revealed that the watch matches a purple bag she received as a Valentine's gift from "Flower Man." • The Backstory: It appears Flower Man asked Soso to pick a gift, which she chose. Ifeoma, being her childhood friend and confidante, helped her pick the specific bag. This is why Ifeoma knew exactly which watch would match it. • The "Not Dappa" Claim: In a comment thread, a fan named Lilyade (who seems to know the inside scoop) stated: "It's not Dappa oh... Even the blind knows it's not Dappa." • The Evidence: ¶ Soso posted a quote on May 24: "Buy me flowers. Be absolutely obsessed with me." ¶ She replied to a fan named Aliyu (May 11) with the "secrecy" emoji (🫢) when he offered to send a gift. ¶ She had posted fresh flowers a few months back (I didn't document that but this is confirmed by Lilyade's post) and posted fresh flowers on May 21 (a recent, documented post). • The Theory: If "Flower Man" is not MD, then someone else has been sending her customized gifts (specifically for Valentine's and her Birthday) and flowers, and she is keeping it secret to avoid "agenda." • The Question: Why is she entertaining gifts from a man who is "obsessed" with her if she is with MD? Is she pressuring MD to "put a ring on it" (as she hinted in her TVC interview)? Or is she keeping options open (recall her talking stage video on cooking abacha)?
4. The BTS "Spin" 🧸 MD reposted a BTS clip of him spinning a pillow while Soso is on her phone, oblivious.
• Caption: "Behind the scenes with Michael dappa and soso" • Song: Asake's Gratitude
This is likely a repost from Sodappa_Addict or Sodappa fan page, so the song choice is less indicative of his personal mood, so I will not analyze it.
The Big Questions:
• MD's Mood: Is the "We Will Make It" post a plea for forgiveness or just encouragement? • The Flower Man: If it's not MD, who is this "obsessed" admirer, and why is Soso keeping it secret? • The AI Skills: Does the sheer technical skill of these edits (reconstructing arms, perfect head tilts) prove MD is running the accounts himself (recall his recent ebook video on learning Canva using AI)? • The Commitment: Is Soso's behavior (accepting gifts, quoting "be absolutely obsessed") a sign she wants more from MD, or is she checking out?
Audience Poll:
• Do you think "Flower Man" is MD trying to be subtle, or a third party? • Is it fair for Soso to accept gifts from other men if she's in a relationship? • Is MD's "regret" post about their relationship?
Drop your theories below! 👇
PS: Limit of 10 pictures per post so I can't post all of the evidence in this one. All evidence will be provided in the video compilation.

📢 A Quick Clarification on My Recent Analysis 📢
Also, A Note About Yesterday's Livestream Attempt
Quick side note: Yesterday's livestream attempt didn't go as planned.
Final Thought
At the end of the day, these are human beings sharing moments with us. Sometimes those moments are joyful. Sometimes they're painful. Both deserve space.
My role is to offer analysis grounded in what's visible — not to pass judgment on private lives we can never fully know. We can analyze the data without losing sight of the humanity behind it.
Thank you for being part of this conversation. 🙏

📱 Clip 1: The Mirror Scene (Soso’s Snapchat)
The Date: June 10
The Context: A black-and-white BTS clip where Soso is filming herself before a mirror.
📹 Clip 2: The IG Check-In ("Be Strong And Forgive Me")
The Platform: Official Instagram (reposted elsewhere)
The Tone: An apology disguised as encouragement.
Reality
We must distinguish between what we saw in the past and what lies ahead.

🎵 The Central Theme: "Mixed Signals"
The most striking development is the pattern of song choices MD has been using in his edits.
The 'goodbyes', the 'hellos'..."
My Take: MD isn't just posting sad songs; he is narrating a struggle.
She says he's "foolish" and "idiot."
Reality Check: The clips are very short.
MD posted a compilation of their best moments (viral hug, S&S1 kiss, BTS from S&S2, Behind the Glamour, A Ride to Love) set to "Dandelions."
Caption: "Sodappa ❤️🔥 #newmovie #Soso"
Analysis: The hashtag suggests this was likely an announcement of the new film with Papaya X, rather than just a random nostalgia post.
MD posted a solo clip of himself "whining" (dancing) to "Original Sin."
Lyrics: "So girl come show me your moves... Gimme loving, dirty whine slow."
Context: He tagged #sodappa and #soso despite being alone. It feels like an ode to her, hoping she will "show her moves" and engage, perhaps referencing his own songwriting process where he channels his feelings into music.
PS: MD is an alluring dancer!
💰 Ebook Giveaway Update! 🚨
Status: SUCCESS!
🔍 The Big Questions

Good news for those trying to get MD's new book Chop Iron, E Get Why!
• Political Stance: She expressed anger at the current administration (which many agree with)
• The Caption: In her IG description, she acknowledged Nigeria's hunger, insecurity, and economic pain — showing she clearly understands the struggle
• The Video: She reacted to a disabled man chanting pro-government slogans, saying "Stand na, Okoko" directed at someone who physically cannot stand
• The Contrast: She posted raw cash amounts (on her Snapchat the day before) and receipts from high-end supermarket(s) grocery runs (food/gas essentials where prices are naturally higher) on the same day on her Facebook and TikTok accounts
5. Final Thoughts
We are all waiting for peace.

The Mission: This is a 7-day beginner home workout guide designed to make you "sexy, fit, and healthy."
The Plea: "I beg you in the name of God, Mohammed, Buddha... stay consistent!" He warns against buying the book, failing to follow through, and then blaming him for no results.
It's ₦3K for now."
The Motivation: He plans to drop daily videos to keep fans locked in.

Make We Chop iron For House Together, E Get Why..."
The Status: The link is not yet live on his bio (I checked!), so we all have to wait until tomorrow.
2. The "Pizza Trap" & The Funny Comments 🍕😂 In his video, MD admitted he was testing his fans yesterday when he said they could have "one slice of pizza."
The Reveal: "I was testing you... You failed! So you still go chop that pizza."
The Fan Reactions: The comments section is pure comedy gold as fans confess their dietary "failures":
"Omo I chop oo" (I ate it!)

🙏 A Personal Note & Apology for the Delay
Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued engagement. Your support means the world to me, and I can't wait to get back to the deep dives with you all soon! 💙

The Visuals:
• A clip from Physical Attraction where his character regrets treating his wife (Ekama) poorly for being "fat" (due to PCOS), only to realize the truth later.
• The opening clip of his AMVCA compilation, where Soso and Kanaga Jr. were the center of attention.
• The Voiceover: Peller saying, "We will make it, we will grow. Na me tell you."
The Interpretation:
• Optimistic View: A general message of perseverance with the prayer emojis.
• The Connection: She revealed that the watch matches a purple bag she received as a Valentine's gift from "Flower Man."
• The Backstory: It appears Flower Man asked Soso to pick a gift, which she chose.
Even the blind knows it's not Dappa."
• The Evidence:
¶ Soso posted a quote on May 24: "Buy me flowers. Be absolutely obsessed with me."
¶ She replied to a fan named Aliyu (May 11) with the "secrecy" emoji (🫢) when he offered to send a gift.
¶ She had posted fresh flowers a few months back (I didn't document that but this is confirmed by Lilyade's post) and posted fresh flowers on May 21 (a recent, documented post).
• The Theory: If "Flower Man" is not MD, then someone else has been sending her customized gifts (specifically for Valentine's and her Birthday) and flowers, and she is keeping it secret to avoid "agenda."
• The Question: Why is she entertaining gifts from a man who is "obsessed" with her if she is with MD? Is she pressuring MD to "put a ring on it" (as she hinted in her TVC interview)? Or is she keeping options open (recall her talking stage video on cooking abacha)?
4. The BTS "Spin" 🧸 MD reposted a BTS clip of him spinning a pillow while Soso is on her phone, oblivious.
• Caption: "Behind the scenes with Michael dappa and soso"
• Song: Asake's Gratitude
