It’s time to say goodbye... maybe

LEGO Eurovision has always been built with love, care and the proper permissions — as a tribute to Eurovision, LEGO and the community around them.

Over the past few years, similar content has appeared from creators who do not have the same approvals or agreements I have worked under. I have tried to have a respectful dialogue and find a way to coexist, perhaps at different times and under different names, but it has become increasingly painful and confusing.

This project was never meant to be about conflict. It was meant to be about togetherness, joy and respect.

Right now, I feel deeply hurt and unsure if I will have the strength to recreate another Eurovision year in LEGO. I want to — for you, and because I still have so many beautiful things planned.

I just need time to breathe, heal and find out if I can keep building.
