📌Core maintenance for laser cutting: Lens cleaning, do it every day!

Laser lenses (focus lens & reflector) are the eyes of your laser cutting machine!
Dirty lenses will directly cause:
❌ Reduced cutting accuracy
❌ Excessive burrs on finished parts
❌ Even burnt lenses & expensive machine damage

Follow the CORRECT cleaning steps to keep your machine running smoothly:
1️⃣ Use dust-free lens cleaning paper only
(Ordinary paper towels leave lint — never use them!)
2️⃣ Dip a small amount of ≥95% anhydrous ethanol, wipe gently in ONE directionDo NOT wipe back and forth or press hard!
3️⃣ Cleaning routine:
✅ Check lenses before daily cutting
✅ Clean immediately if dust/oil appears
✅ Clean right after cutting high-dust materials

Tired of burrs ruining your laser cutting sections? 😩 Here’s a game-changing fix you need to know—it’s not always the lens!
The most common issue is a simple speed mismatch, and adjusting it (plus a tiny gas tweak for thick plates) will get you smooth, clean cuts in no time:
✅ For thin plates (≤3mm): Boost the cutting speed to reduce the heat-affected zone and eliminate burrs
✅ For thick plates (≥8mm): Slow the speed to let the laser fully penetrate the material + slightly increase auxiliary gas pressure → Smooth sections immediately!
📌 Final pro tip: Always reference your equipment’s parameter table for the exact speed ratio of different materials—small, precise adjustments beat random tweaks every time!

Don’t overlook auxiliary gas for your fiber laser cutter! 😱
Choose the wrong one, and you’ll get burrs on cuts OR even damage the nozzle—total waste of time and cost!
Here’s the no-fuss gas guide for perfect laser cutting:
✅ Oxygen → Carbon steel | Boosts cutting speed & slashes costs
✅ Nitrogen → Stainless steel/Aluminum | Oxide-free cuts, NO secondary polishing needed
✅ Compressed air (dried/dewatered!) → Thin materials | Fast cutting, high cost-performance
Core rule to remember:
Inert gas for high-precision cut surfaces, active gas for regular cutting. Choose by your demand—no waste, no mistakes!
