I've profiled boxers in articles that were published both in print and online, reported from the press box at fights, and train consistently — honing my own craft.
I’ve sparred with amateur and professional fighters, worked with pro coaches, and studied the sport extensively.
My goal here is to provide boxing content that is informative, objective, and engaging. Whether that means previewing a fight, breaking down punch sequences, analyzing boxers, or providing commentary.

Happy Thanksgiving my boxing brethren (and sistren). I wanted to provide a much-needed update.
As I noted in my prior preview and prediction post, I moved and started a new job in mid-September, though I'm not yet in my final residence. Paperwork and logistics have taken a bit longer than anticipated, but I should begin moving into the new apartment next week. I had hoped to continue creating content prior to getting settled, but beyond the job and change in schedule -- the network I'm working at has been going through a major transition so that's been its own adjustment as well.
There's other factors that have complicated my intentions to create new content, but I won't bore you with more -- everyone has plenty on their plates (Thanksgiving pun intended). Just wanted to touch base with you all and say this channel and creating content have been on my mind and I DO plan to get back to it again after I get settled into the new apartment and build out my recording space. Previews and predictions, post-fight analyses, discussions of fights and boxers through a historical and geopolitical lens, style breakdowns, rants and theories, perhaps some fantasy matchups ... IDEAS ABOUND. Livestreaming fight commentary will be more difficult with my new schedule (have to get up at 4:30am on Sat/Sun), but there's lots of other types of content to dive into and PLENTY to talk about. I greatly appreciate your patience.

I'm sorry Inoue, Bivol, Beterbiev, etc...but these are the only 2 options for the post-Canelo era.

WOW. Legendary boxers do legendary things. Didn't think Crawford's defense -- particularly his chin -- could hold up to Canelo's power. If not one of the greatest, then Terence Crawford has to be one of the BEST fighters we've ever seen. Bud also has an all-time level of raw competitiveness.
CONFESSION: I had to get up at 4AM for my new job (I work Wed-Sun) so I couldn't stay up to watch Canelo vs Crawford. Saw highlights -- will watch on Netflix when I get back. So happy for Bud and for boxing.
