Raid Battle...Gym Battle...Trade Pokemon...Group Fighter...
We are team Valor, we actively playing Pokemon Go if we got free time together. I'm sure that many people out there playing Pokemon Go in team. Pokemon Go teach my kids how to work and play in team, they need each other strength to win the Raid Battles. Pokemon Go also teach my kids about luck and acceptance, not everybody will get same results when we play the same game together. With Pokemon Go, they also learn make new friends and socialize while play the game. This happen when you start play during Community Day and Special Raids event. Hope NIANTIC improve the game by hearing opinion from fans.

SAD STORY FOR NINTENDO & POKEMON
At the moment, Palworld developer Pocketpair has not been ordered by a court to pay Nintendo anything yet. The lawsuit is still ongoing, and there has been no final judgment.
However, based on court filings and recent legal analysis:
* Nintendo and The Pokémon Company originally sought an injunction and approximately ¥5 million (about US$30,000–33,000) in damages from Pocketpair for alleged patent infringement.
* Several legal experts now believe that even if Nintendo wins, the maximum realistic damages may be around ¥5 million (~US$30,000) because the case has been narrowed to older versions of Palworld and a limited period of sales.
* Some reports suggest Nintendo’s bigger goal may have been to force gameplay changes rather than obtain a large monetary award. Pocketpair has already modified several game mechanics during the lawsuit.
So the short answer is:
Current amount Pocketpair must pay: ¥0 (no judgment yet).
If Nintendo wins under the current narrowed claims: likely around ¥5 million (~US$30,000), according to recent legal analyses.
A final ruling is reportedly expected later in 2026, unless the parties settle beforehand.

WE ASK AI REGARDING THIS, THE ANSWER WAS SHOCKING 😅
Recent reporting revealed that environmental scans collected through Pokémon GO’s AR scanning features were used to help build Niantic’s geospatial AI and visual positioning technology. Niantic Spatial later partnered with defense company Vantor on navigation systems that can work when GPS is unavailable. That has led many outlets to say Pokémon GO player data “trained military drones.”
However, there is an important distinction:
* Evidence shows Pokémon GO scans contributed to Niantic’s spatial mapping and AI models.
* Those models are connected to technology being explored for military drone navigation.
* Niantic Spatial has publicly denied that raw Pokémon GO scan data was directly shared with the defense partner Vantor. Instead, it says partners receive access to trained models and technology, not the underlying player scans.
Which Terms of Service allowed this?
The key language is generally not a clause saying “we will train military drones.”
Instead, users granted broad rights for Niantic to use submitted content. Niantic Spatial’s Terms define “User Content” to include:
“video recordings, scans or images of real-world objects and public and private spaces and associated metadata”
The terms also allow Niantic Spatial to create outputs such as:
“digital 3D models” or “digital twins” of real-world locations based on that content.
In addition, Niantic’s broader AR scanning consent and user-content licenses historically gave the company wide rights to store, process, modify, analyze, and build products from submitted scans. Those rights are what critics argue enabled the later use of the data for geospatial AI and related technologies.
So were players explicitly told?
Not in a plain-language way that said:
“Your PokéStop scans may eventually contribute to technology used by military contractors.”
What players agreed to was a broad license allowing Niantic to use submitted scans and derived data for its products and services. Critics argue that most players would not have reasonably expected a connection to defense applications years later.
Bottom line
* Yes: Pokémon GO AR scans helped build Niantic’s geospatial AI and mapping systems.
* Yes: Niantic Spatial partnered with a defense-related company on navigation technology for drones and robots.
* Not proven: Raw Pokémon GO scans were directly handed to a military drone company for training. Niantic Spatial explicitly denies that.
* Most accurate wording: Pokémon GO player scans appear to have contributed to AI models that may ultimately support military navigation systems, rather than players directly training military drones themselves.
If you’d like, I can also pull up the exact Pokémon GO/Niantic user-content clauses from the historical Terms of Service and AR Scanning consent screens that were shown to players between 2021–2025.
