Okay, so I said last week the video would be uploaded by the end of the week. First it was the dentist, then I had a few things going on with family members in hospital and all that shiz so haven’t been able to get around to it. Everything’s all good now though and the video is ready and will be up tomorrow!

So, next video should be up in a couple of days. Was a wee bit busy last week and then the day I wasn’t I planned on doing VO for the video. That was until I had to have a rather quick dentist appointment which left my mouth numb and then even when the numbness wore off it sounded like a spike with a lisp 😅 But plan on doing the VO tomorrow and hopefully a decent amount of editing done for an upload by the end of the week.

Then straight on to the next!

Also who’s excited for Starfield coming out on PS5?! Personally cannot wait,m! Bit of a controversial opinion but I actually loved the game. Currently only missing the achievement for getting to level 100 on Xbox but I will 100% be getting that, platinuming the game and 100%ing both DLCs when it comes out

Your boy has done it. It has been a journey to say the least. We’ve had ups, we’ve had downs but most importantly we have the Highguard platinum!

Genuinely, not a bad game at all. Shame they are closing it down because I can’t lie I would’ve played more of it.

To anyone wondering is it possible to get the platinum before shutdown, I can now 100% confirm it is more than doable. Took me 2 days and a couple of hours on the third. Could’ve done it all yesterday but was a bit busy doing other things but yes it is possible!

I did this completely solo, no pre-made team, no farming, just completely random teams. So you can definitely do it with 5 days remaining. To be fair if you can get a team of 6 people you could get it done in less than a day and just farm all the trophies. But as a solo player, it is still 100% doable before shutdown.

The only trophies I would say you have to watch out for and I would say focus on would be the trophies for planting on only the arch stone and winning 5 times (One Shot, One Kill)

The trophy for winning 5 games in under 10 minutes (Overwhelming Force). You should try to get this the same time as the trophy above. If you don’t, just keep doing the above until you get it but remember you have to be aggressive! Get to that shield breaker first, clap some cheeks and plant the shieldbreaker!

And the trophy for winning 5 games without entering overtime (Perfectly Balanced). At the start I assume this would’ve been pretty easy but with players having better knowledge of how the game works and a lot of players going in as teams to try and get the 100% this is a wee bit harder. Ideally you should try to get this along with the two trophies above.

Everything else just takes time but is easily doable.

The trophy for destroying 3 iron walls with a Bigrig LMG can also be a bit of a pain as you need to get it from the supply drop and stay alive until you raid and manage to destroy the walls but at least you don’t have to win. Could be possible to destroy the walls in your own base as it doesn’t specify enemy iron walls it just says iron walls so yeah you could give that a go.

But yeah, that’s all I have to say. Good luck to everyone going for the plat!

Might be a bit delayed with the upload this week. With Highguard shutting down I deliberated on it until this morning (Technically yesterday at this point) when I decided I wanted to get its platinum trophy before it’s gone for good.

With a decent amount of hours now under my belt and finishing day 1 off with 27/33 trophies. I must say, I’ve actually enjoyed myself and I honestly never thought I’d say that. Especially as I’ve been doing the whole thing solo and just praying to the highguard gods that I get a good team. Which is rare, believe me 😂

But yeah, the game is dare I say it, pretty damn good. Is it amazing? No. But it isn’t terrible. It’s got the bones for a truly good game and given the chance I truly believe it could’ve gone quite far. I think the biggest issue is that there are so many hero shooters nowadays that unless the game is truly special, it just won’t go anywhere.

Even though I was one of the people who never gave it a chance until I heard about it shutting down, I actually wish that I did and honestly would’ve liked some more time with it.

If you’re not bothered about platinum trophies, genuinely I think you guys should give it a go. That being said if you do care about platinums I still think you should give it a go. If I can get 27/33 trophies in less than a day, no boosting and random lobbies only. You can!

As of now it shuts down in 6 days, there’s still enough time!

Next video in the Uncharted series should hopefully be up by Monday the latest…Would’ve had it done much quicker but have been neglecting my editing and instead banging out Fallout New Vegas on steam. Going for that 100% 😅 Although, that will not be a video as we already have the PS3 Version 100% up on the channel.

Although, I do have some other videos planned, some already recorded that I will be uploading soon. These are just me playing a game, not exactly a let’s play think of them more like a Kevduit/Jayvee or Mind Pulp styled video. I’ve also acquired some let’s say, very early builds of games that I’m intrigued on checking out to see how much has changed from in development to release so if anyone would like to see that, I’ll make some videos on those!

New video coming soon I promise! Was in the middle of editing but a game I’ve had on my backlog for a while is due to be shutdown in about a week, so for the past few days I have shifted all focus to that!

If you know you know, and if you know what the game is you also know that the experience has been pretty boring -_-

Almost done with it though and then I’ll finish the uncharted 4 video and this game will be up on the channel next.

As an absolutely massive fan of Halo. Probably being one of my favourite series of all time with an insane amount of childhood memories. You’d think I’d be over the moon with a combat evolved remake finally coming out. That and the fact it’s coming on PlayStation with a fresh new platinum trophy to earn.

Truth is, I’m not. I’m still gonna get it don’t get me wrong but I just don’t know how to feel about it.

Halo has always been Xbox, Master Chief is the first thing you think of when you hear Xbox. Seeing it on PlayStation, I dunno just feels off to me. Love seeing all these different games finally coming to other consoles so other players can experience them but at the same time it doesn’t feel right. Xbox is well and truly losing its identity.

Honestly, would’ve much rather preferred to see the MCC coming to PlayStation. Don’t think I’d ever get the platinum considering it has over 700 achievements but I would’ve preferred having that than a remake where we’ll most likely only get the one game.

Seen it happen with so many other games that do remakes and just know the same thing is gonna happen here.

Again though, I’ll still pick it up because I love Halo.

Okay, so this week I was hoping to have a video up of me getting perhaps the hardest platinum trophy I have ever gone for. You can probably guess what it is and that’s hollow knight. A game which I thought I’d get done pretty quickly as I have had my fair share of difficult platinums.

That’s not gonna happen. This is honestly so damn difficult and after spending nearly a whole day trying to do Pantheon 4 it’s really making me think how the hell im gonna do Pantheon 5.

The first 3 pantheons were a breeze. But 4 is a considerable step up in difficulty. Actually pisses me off because every other boss up until the last 2 I can handle pretty easily and quickly. But the last 2 are actually sending me over the edge.

Soul Tyrant is Bollocks and Pure Vessel, can EAT MY ASS.

To think, I spent two hours trying to beat Nightmare king Grimm and thought I had achieved the impossible when I did. I felt on top of the world. Now I’m getting slapped about by a wizard and my lanky brother.

To anyone who’s done this, honestly, congratulations you deserve more than a platinum trophy. I will keep trying to do it, I will not give up. Persistence is key after all, but for the mean time, I will be playing and making videos on some other games just so I don’t go insane.

Also, I know there is an invincibility glitch, but I refuse to use it. I could get the platinum sure but at that point would I really deserve it. But anyway, it’ll come at some point, I just need to play something else and give it the odd few attempts every now and again until I get it done

Also, I’ve spoke and thought about it many times but barely put it into action. Who would like to see more content other than platinums? I’m talking like just straight up me playing some games. There will still be platinum videos but I’m gonna be honest, I’ve just been having a tonne of fun playing games for pure fun rather than getting the platinums/Achievements (Hence why there has been a lack of videos recently)

If you would please let me know! And also if you have any suggestions, they can be as old/new or as serious/wacky as you can think of. Let me know and I’ll look at doing them
