What is the Importance of the Tithi ?

According to Skand Puran, Bhairav and Mahakaal Tantra ‘Krishna Ashtami’ in Tithi and ‘Sunday’ in week Day is the most Powerful Yoga to worship Kaal Bhairav.

The confluence of the Two Tithi’s make a rare and Powerful “Sarvarth Siddhi Yoga” which can give ‘Sampurna Manokamana Purti’ to a sincere devotee if he worships Bhairav Baba.

How to worship Kaal Bhairav in this Tithi ?

Follow the 5 Step Simple Vidhan to surrender yourself in the Bhakti of Kaal Bhairav and bring an end to the hardships in life.

1. Sit on a Red Asan and apply Sindoor on your forehead thereby seeking permission from Kaal Bhairav to perform his Sadhana 🩸

2. Prepare ‘Udat Dal Vada’ and ‘Kheer’ Bhog to Bhairav Baba and seeking the Bhog or Manokamana that you have in mind by telling it explicitly to him 🔱

3. If you have a Photo of Kaal Bhairav or Trishul at home - keep your hand on it and do the Avahan (Invocation of Devta) by chanting ‘Kalabhairavaya Namah, Avahayami Sthapayami)

4. Keep your Spine Straight and on a Rudraksha Mala start chanting “Om Mahakaal Bhairavay Rudra Avataray Mam Kamana Puray Puray Hum Phat Swaha”

— Minimum 8 Mala’s of the Mantra should be chanted in the evening Sandhya Kaal of Ashtami Tithi

5. After completing the Jaap of Mantra - Light a Diya and visualise your Manokamana running Live in the Flame of Deepak of Kaal Bhairav

Importance of Vaishakh Month in Santan Dharma :

Not many people know that, Vaishakh mass is more auspicious than Shravan for Bhagwan Shiva 🔱

The Cooling of Neelkanth : A central belief is that during Vaishakh, the heat of the summer sun causes the Halahal poison stored in Lord Shiva’s throat to “flare up,” increasing his body temperature 🌡️

The Tradition: To provide comfort, devotees establish a Galantika (a perforated earthen pot) above the Shivling 🪴

The Ritual: Water drips continuously from the pot onto the Shivling, symbolising the relief provided to Mahadev after he consumed the poison during the Samudra Manthan (Churning of the Ocean) 🌊

We celebrate from 18th April to 16th May as Vaishakh Month this year 🗓️

The word Vaishakh represents ‘Strength’ ‘Independence’ ‘Focus’ and Churning - preparing the devotee for transition into Summer.

• How to worship Bhagwan Shiva ?

— Doing Archana and Bhog offering of Ritu Fal like Mongo gives Manokamana Purti ashirwad 🥭

— Donating Mud Pots in a Shiva Temple with ‘Gram Flour’ is a great done which pacifies Rahu and Shani 🏺

— Doing Rudrabhisek with Sugarcane Juice specially removes all Financial Obstacles from the lives of the devotee 🙌🏻

— When we offer Ritu Fruit to Mahadev like Litchi, Sherbet Berry, and Bael we get the ‘Bhog’ which we have in mind 🧺

What is Kala Ashtami ?

The Ashtami Tithi of Krishna Paksha in every month is the most important Muhrat to appease Bhagwan Kaal Bhairav, it is the same Tithi in which Bhahwan Shiva assumed the 5th Rudra Avatar in Kaal Bhairav 🙏🏻

Devotees of both Shaiv and Shakta Sampradaya (those follow the Marg of Shiv and Shakti) and in general every Hindu should keep fast and worship “Trishul” the emodiment of Kaal Bhairav in our lives 🔱

Fasting and Puja Vidhi for Kala Ashtami ?

There are 3 ways to fast on Kala Ashtami, devotees should decide for themselves keeping in mind both devotion and health limitations.

a) Nirajal Fasting - This is a form of Tapasya wherein the devotee neither eats nor drinks anything from Sunrise on Ashtami till next day.

b) Upavas Fasting - The fasting in this case starts with the sunrise and ends with the sunset on the same day - during the period devotees can consume light food void of Rock salt and rice.

c) Prahar Upavasa - This fasting covers the entire 8 Prahar’s which coincide with the Ashtami Tithi - it is followed from Sunrise of Ashtami to next day Sunrise : Devotees can eat fruits, falihar (food without rice) and also juice.

Sadhna and Puja Vidhi for Kala Ashtami ?

• Do a Pratistha of Trishul in your Puja room, offer Jal Abhisek on it while Chanting “Om Kaal Bhairavay Namah” 🕉️

• After Abhisek, light a Diya and on a Rudraksha Mala chant the Mantra “Om Kaal Bhairavay Namah” minimum 108 times 📿

• Offer some sweet prashad to Trishul and meditate on “Om Kaal Bhairavay Namah with simultaneous Inhaling, Exhaling and Holding of breath 🧘‍♂️

Follow this vidhi for atleast 8 Ashtami’s if you decide to start with a Manokamana in mind.

My learnings from 1.5 years of Content Journey 👇🏻

I still remember the 1st Day of my shoot when were recording the Narration on Kedar Ghat - and as someone who had zero camera exposure,

It was a task for me to walk down the steps, look into the camera and simultaneously deliver the script which had to come from within me only.

Finally after 20 takes we managed to shoot the video and that itself crossed 150k making us belief that Honesty in content is still the most important criteria for Social media and as beginners also we can succeed 😊

• Since then we have come a long way, and the Journey has been enriching in every way possible 🚩

• The aim was clear that it is only a platform to spread the word of Bhairav Baba to the world 🔱

— Now as i look back Bhagwan Mahakaal had only selected me for his Job and here are my 3 key Takaways from the Journey 👇🏻

1. Idea not “Content” is the King - Duration of Video, Consistency of Posting and Engagement all becomes secondary to Idea

2. Empathy to Audience - A good creator gives more weightage to the needs and aspiration of his audience than his Emotional inclination to an idea.

3. Content is around you - In times when every second person is coming into content creation be open to learn and implement smartly, tons of ideas are already floating around you.

I saw Baba Kaal Bhairav in Maha Shayan Aarti 👇🏻

After i completed the Aarti seva of Baba, i was left spell bound when the Flames of the Aarti started taking a definite shape with extremely fierce energy getting radiated from the Flames 🔥

A clear depiction of Baba in Ashta Bhuj Swaroop, Ardha Chandra on Forehead and his Vahan with him could be visible !

A Pratyakasha Anubhuti that Baba always accepts seva done with Bhav and blesses devotees with his presence at every single step in life, i.e why he is also known as ‘Jagri Devta of Kaliyuga’ 🔱

With the inspiration of Baba i will also be starting a Free Kala Ashtami monthly community Sadhana live, with sankalp of Dharma raksha and also ensure that the Jaap of Baba comes on the tongue of every devotee 🙌🏻
