Hi! My name is Fig :)) I'm an artist living in Seattle WA. I like working with gouache, watercolor and oil paints :) I post vlogs that show the behind the scenes of my work flow, running my online shop, and homie stuff like cooking, small adventures, and my pets. i try to teach in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming and give people a comforting place to hang out.

Hello! I'm working on the next video but editing is taking a bit longer because i recorded so much for week four! i have around 20 mins edited and still have around an hour of footage to go through O.O So the video will be a bit delayed this week! buuutt it will probably be an extra long one so hopefully worth the wait :) i hope to get it out in the next couple days but if you want to watch something in the meantime weeks one - three are already up and ready to go <3 https://youtu.be/bjh3o2zI-dA

I'm already working on editing the next vlog :D I've been loving making videos latelyyy. I can't believe it took me THREE weeks to finish this Ghibli page in my sketchbook but i finally finish it in this up coming vlog, and it came out SO GOOD! For my next Sketchbook Video should it be an 1 Hour long Real-time study w/ me style video OR an hour of sketchbook time edited down to a 10-20 min long video?
Also any media requests?? Gouache, watercolor, or sketching. i could even do digital or acrylic painting :)

I've decided to take a break from Patreon. I normally take a break later in the year but I'm feeling pretty stuck right now. not just just with Patreon but with my art and the direction i want to go in with my whole career. in general I'm feeling a little lost. I've been talking with Beau and we've been trying to brainstorm on which way i should go and as of right now I'm not sure if that includes Patreon.
So for now it's paused. if you've joined since the beginning of this month you've already been refunded and that should process in 5-7 business days.
I want to thank all of you for continuing to support me all of these years. some of you have been here since the beginning and i really appreciate everything you've done for me.
As far as what i plan on doing now I'm not super sure. I do want to get back into vlogging and i still love doing a monthly sticker design. I've been thinking about adding a sticker subscription to my website and maybe I'll finally do that. I've been rearranging my studio and have a lot of things i think i would like to get rid of so i might do a big clear out sale on my website at some point. i think it also needs a redesign honestly. We've also talked about investing in a better computer for me (i got mine in 2017) something that could actually handle streaming since our internet is so much better here in Seattle. I really want to try to do more casual content and spend more time in my sketchbook. i want to change my art style and try new things. It feels scary but i want to see where it goes.
