Yarn weight doesn’t mean heaviness, it means thickness.

And even though there are sooo many beautiful yarns… not all of them are beginner-friendly.

If you want to make it easier for yourself, start with a solid colour so you can actually see your stitches.

Starting crochet? 🧶

When I started, I just grabbed random yarn and a hook… and somehow it worked 😅

But once I realized how many options there are, it got confusing really fast.

So if you’re just starting, keep it simple:
👉 5mm hook
👉 worsted weight yarn (size 4)

That’s honestly the easiest way to learn and actually see your stitches.

My goal in 2026 is simple: to be seen.

You see my crochet patterns and tutorials here, but I realized I haven’t shared much about me.

I started crocheting in 2015, just for fun.
In 2021, I turned it into a business.

I design. I teach. I sell. I build.

What started with physical products turned into designing my own patterns — and that’s where I found my creative freedom.

Now I create crochet patterns and step-by-step video tutorials to help you crochet with confidence.

And I’m redefining what success means to me.

Not just income.
But building a life that actually feels like mine.

Still growing. Still building.
And very proud of how far I’ve come.
