What stood out most wasn’t what students said out loud — it was what they wrote afterward.
In their reflections, many students were able to identify internal stories they’ve been telling themselves about who they are and what they’re capable of. For some, it was the first time those thoughts were named.
The goal of this work isn’t motivation for the moment.
It’s awareness that leads to better decisions over time.
Because once the story changes, growth becomes possible.
