I know some people will say that I am only defending Purplez ‪@Purplez愛‬ because she is my friend. But if my friend was wrong, I would tell her she was wrong. Friendship does not mean blindly supporting someone.

This post is not about Sakura vs Hinata. It is about respect.

You can love Sakura. You can hate Hinata. You can love Hinata. You can hate Sakura. Everyone has different opinions, and that's completely fine.

But there is a difference between disliking a character and disrespecting a character.

Personally, I don't like Sumire from Boruto, but have I ever made edits insulting her, calling her trash, or disrespecting her? No. Because even if I dislike a character, I respect the work that went into creating that character.

Anime characters are created by writers, artists, animators, voice actors, and many other people who spend years working on a series. We may not like every character, but that doesn't mean we should mock them or degrade them.

Another thing I want to say is that being a housewife is not something shameful. A woman does not lose her value because she chooses to take care of her family. Feminism is about women having the freedom to choose their own path, whether that is being a housewife, a working woman, or both.

You don't have to like Hinata. I don't care whether someone likes her or not. But calling her trash, insulting her, or attacking people who like her is not proving any point.

The same goes for Sakura. She does not deserve hate either.

At the end of the day, Sakura and Hinata are fictional characters. Real people should not be insulting, bullying, and disrespecting each other over anime characters.

You can criticize a character. You can disagree with a fandom. But respect should always come first.

That's all I wanted to say.
