A big fish, a little update and a nice competition! ❤️

Last year I made a film about social media addiction and the benefits to switching off the screen and going fishing. Well, I'm beginning to notice there's more and more youngsters saying 'I'm not on instagram, or snapchat or whatever' and this is amazing to hear. Whilst I've built a youtube channel and various media accounts, my videos have always been about trying to inspire people to get outside, to put down the phone and pick up a rod!

I am personally seeing the mental + health benefits of spending less time scrolling and more time by the water, exercising and appreciating nature + focusing on my fishing! AND somehow I recently landed the BIGGEST fish in my 180 acre reservoir! BOOM!

Ok so right now I'm working on a video about how I made the FWC Rod Range. The rods are live now on my website and if you're lucky enough to be one of the first owners of a FWC rod, feel free to send a very short video clip of you fishing with it/holding a fish or an action shot!
