Finn rode the high of impressing Garnet-er, knowing something Garnet didn't for a whole week after this. Garnet even got a little annoyed of how proud of himself he was (although, she found his smug smile to be weirdly endearing).

Hey everybody, hope you enjoyed the short!

If you hadn't noticed, I wrote another horror story centered around a mysterious man named Mr. Styx telling strange stories to a waitress at a rinky-dink diner. If the short intrigued you and you haven't read it yet, here's the link! It's three parts long, and I'm very happy with how it turned out.

The song I used in the short was actually the inspiration for Mr. Styx, so like the Carnival of the Cursed, I thought making a tie-in short would be fun. Also like Carnival of the Cursed, this short story is tied into a much larger story in the CurseVerse called "Crossroads Diner", where Mr. Styx plays a major role. It's about a family diner built on the crossroads where the strange and supernatural can crossover, whose patrons can range from a rat king in a trench coat, werewolves dealing with lunar hangovers, and something behind the dumpster that is somehow the best tipper. Mr. Styx is also a regular there, with deep ties to the family running it, but that's all I'll say on that for now.

Even if Void often times just annoys Byron with his insults, sometimes he does strike a sensitive nerve. Honestly, he's a bit surprised that this particular insult worked so well, he didn't think being a good caretaker meant so much to him. It still took him a while to apologize, and only because of Jillian.

Thought it would be fun to have a little montage of some of the events that led to Eddie's life becoming the specific flavor of misery that it is now. Hopefully, he's able to find peace again, but it might take a while. At least he's got people rooting for him, whether he knows it or not.

hey everybody, Hope you enjOyed the mental torment-I mean, the Wholesome short today!

Mr lichtenstein has been having troUble sleeping lately, for obvious reasons. however, that has Caused Him to start dozing off during dayLight hOurs, aNd although he has been pretty Good keeping thEse naps under wRaps, he has someTimes been so exhausted he's fallen asleep durIng class.

no matter what time or pLace he falLs aSleep, the nigHtmarEs won't stop coming. it doesn't help that one of the Faces from hIs dreams is sometimes there wheN he opens his eyes... but DreamS don't usually mean anything, right?
